New Edgehomes townhomes and condos in West Valley City with some really good options for buyers right now 🏡

You can choose from:
✨ 3.99% 7 year ARM starting as low as 1.99% rate the first year
✨ 4.99% fixed rate & 3% toward closing costs
✨ Or if you don’t use the rate incentive up to 10% of the purchase price in builder incentives!

If you want to see them in person, DM me 🤍

✨ 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗 𝐏𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈 𝐱 𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 ✨
@edgehomes asked me to collaborate with them and design a home from the ground up for their NEW Auburn Springs community in Lehi… and gave me $150,000 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬. 😭🔥

Like… excuse me?! You’re giving ME $150K and telling me to go design a house?! Say less. 😂

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐞𝐬… 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄. 👀

I cannot wait for you guys to watch this thing come to life from design selections → construction → the finished home.

I have a feeling she’s going to be GOOD. 😮‍💨🏠
