SEE YOU NOVEMBER 21st 🫶🏼 by @mickeycburke

Today is my 31st birthday🎂🎈

Life has a funny way sometimes of greeting you with another year of itself. With each passing, you take time to reflect & give gratitude for still being here. Although, some life events make you feel the whole spectrum of emotions from a different perspective— like reading a book in reverse. You know the ending already, so therefore, the journey, the lessons learned along the way, and the people you meet, carry that much more weight. It’s a beautiful complexity that’s hard to explain and immeasurable to feel. So… Did I cry on my birthday? I sure did, but it’s not because I’m sad, upset, or ungrateful— it’s because how lucky I am to still be here sharing the human experience.

Cheers to more life 🍻 by @mickeycburke
