@blue_jacks_soul are back on the porch this Sunday for another edition of Easton Porch Fest on College Hill (please DM for exact address.) Our own interpretations of rock and soul covers for the discerning listener. We play at 4pm. This is a family-friendly community event - many other porches will also be participating in hosting music - and always a hit with the locals.

Come go all-in with BlueJacks for our first anniversary of our live debut, which took place on this date last year (see clips for the setup and sound.)

Hopefully we will keep bee stings on the tongue to a minimum this year. 🐝 taken in Easton, Pennsylvania by @mickeyisyourman

We are pleased to welcome our dear friend Eva of Bonhomie Wine Imports as we throw a DISCO PARTY in celebration of La Canellese Vermut! Eva will be bringing Francesco Zaratta, fourth generation member of the Sconfienza family. La Canellese began with Francesco’s Grandmother Rosa’s ‘recipe’ that eventually became the Rosso Vermut di Torino.

We’ll be featuring specialty cocktails & pouring sips of artisanal vermut while DJ Big Sir spins vinyl for us. The party is in Harry’s lounge from 6pm-9pm. Get ready to boogie... we’re breaking out the disco ball for this one!

THIS SATURDAY - I’m back to spin vinyl for the oenophiles at the Easton Wine Auction in Downtown Easton for my sixth year in a row. This time, I’ll have my guys @nitelitersllc in the mix with me AND we will be rocking the block for both the pre-auction festivities and the afterparty. Come bop for a good cause - The Children’s Home of Easton benefits from all donations. 🍷

See if @bigbrandjohn will get down to Candido’s version of Jingo once again, see if Dancing Bob shows up in his neon shoes, and see what Laurie Hackett from Air Products will wear this year.

STARTS AT 6 THIS SATURDAY IN FRONT OF THE SIGAL MUSEUM AND THE @eastonpublicmkt IN DOWNTOWN EASTON.

AFTERPARTY TO BE HELD AT AIR PRODUCTS PLAZA PATIO OF THE @eastonpublicmkt taken in Easton, Pennsylvania by @mickeyisyourman

@blue_jacks_soul are rolling back into Frenchtown this Friday to end the summer the same way we began it back in June: performing live at @wildfernbrewing. From 7 to 9pm, we will be laying in the cut with two sets of rock and soul covers for the discerning listener - our takes on Sly, Stones (see what I did there?), Bill Withers, Al Green, Temps, Tony Joe White, maybe even CHIC, lest I forget to mention the Climax Blues Band and many others.

Rain or shine - if it shines, we’ll be back out in this lovely garden in front of the divine statues.

Wild Fern is one of our favorite hangs with a small but mighty list of craft brews (you don’t need quantity when you’ve got this level of quality.)

Come go back, Jack, and do it again. Return to the Fern and go all in with BlueJacks. taken in Frenchtown, New Jersey by @mickeyisyourman

THIS FRIDAY - @nitelitersllc return to the Historic Goundie House in Downtown Bethlehem for the annual Goundie Garden Party. From 5 to 10pm, Nite Liters and a cast of some of the Valley’s other top jocks will be dropping sets of vinyl joints that run the spectrum of block party, cookout and club sounds from back in the day. One of these guest DJs is SIR ROUND SOUND (@djroundsound), who once again came through with another tuff poster image! Check out the clips in this reel to cop a feel on what you’re in for - some unforgettable memories of this event from years past, with some our favorite people shown getting down. (Can you spot yourself?) This is one of our most eagerly awaited events of the year.

Need a break from the @musikfest mainia (see what I did there?) on Main St? Join us in the leafy glades of the back garden at the Goundie House. Feel free to stay the duration - we’ll keep you entertained enough to make it worthwhile. You’re not too cool to dance.

If you’re doing the Musikfest trip this year, try a different flavor of ice cream. We’re bringing the full palette. Speaking of which, one of these vendors this year will be none other than Valley 🍕 🍺 mainstay @wishfulthinkingbeer

And…this event coincides with the FIVE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY of NITE LITERS LLC! Half a decade of breaking ground and changing the game in the Valley and beyond. It’s been our pleasure, and indeed I hope yours. Come enter year 6 with us.

RAIN DATE - FRIDAY AUGUST 7, But we will cross that bridge if and when we come to it.

Come make like a pack of Newports and be “Alive With Pleasure!” And if you’re driving home, be sure you got a car.
