Still thinking about the energy from the Emerge Collective event. What an incredible group of hospitality professionals, innovators, and leaders all coming together to learn, share ideas, and inspire one another.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event so memorable. It was an honor to be part of it, and I left with new ideas, new relationships, and even more excitement about the future of hospitality.

Now I've got my sights set on one goal... I can't wait for the opportunity to host an event at the beautiful Conrad Orlando.

The best is yet to come.

7th Grade: Complete. 🎓❤️

What a year, Derek!

✨ Student of the Month
✨ Class President
✨ National Junior Honor Society
✨ 7th Grade Citizenship Award

You accomplished so much this year, and what makes us most proud isn’t the awards—it’s the person you are. Even with a broken arm and a season that didn’t go as planned, you never stopped being yourself.

Never stop being kind. Never stop leading by example. Never stop believing in yourself.

Your setback is only setting the stage for an even greater comeback. ❤️

Your comeback will be better than your setback.

We are so proud of you and all that you’ve accomplished. On to 8th grade! 🚀❤️ by @mickeykingofficial

✨ Walt Disney World 2026 ✨

What a trip to remember 💫It was a week full of laughter and watching the magic through the eyes of our kids… together.

Core memories were made — cousins running through the parks, grandparents soaking it all in, and the kind of joy that only Disney can bring. 🏰✨
