Cosmopolitan Yellow. DB12 Volante probably the car best suited to this colour which is stunning in the sun. This is available from @astonmartinbristol and the price is decent for such a lovely motor. Thoughts on the colour? . . . #astonmartindb12 #db12 #db12volante #volante #astonmartin by @mickyx47
Vantage in Aluminite Silver, actually stayed clean for a couple of days. Good to stretch its legs. This isn’t PPF’d, is that essential these days? . . . #vantage #astonmartinvantage #v8 #astonmartin #aston by @mickyx47
New car day yesterday. The 907 bhp Lamborghini Temerario, technically a plug in hybrid but let’s face it, the EV element just provides instant torque and improves dynamics while coupled with the new twin turbo V8. Thanks to @lamborghinibristol and especially @alex_lankester and @abiipow for a great experience. . . . #lamborghinitemerario #temerario #v8 #lamborghini #lambo by @mickyx47
Vantage. The next iteration of the Vantage isn’t too far away judging by how the test mule is evolving. Very much the GT3 or even GT3RS competitor I suspect. I’m really intrigued how it will compare to the current model, as it is already so quick and composed; but perhaps the added sharpness that Porsche conjure so well in their GT models will translate. If Aston can harness that they will be onto a winner, just the gearbox to nail down and it will be formidable. Will it be a GT3 beater? . . . #vantage #astonmartinvantage #v8 #astonmartin #aston by @mickyx47
The 707 on a recent trip to Cornwall. Always nice to see St Michael’s Mount. I relish the challenge when you end up on some of the tiny Cornish roads, glad of the PPF. Almost 30k miles in this, keep going or change to an S, GT or something else? . . . #dbx #dbx707 #astonmartindbx #astonmartin by @mickyx47
Aston Martins in white. What do we think? First new Vanquish in white I’ve seen in the flesh and looked good, the big frame carries it well. DBS on the next pic seems a more common sight. Which would you take and yes or no to white? . . . #astonmartinvanquish #vanquish #dbs #astonmartindbs #dbssuperleggera by @mickyx47
Vantage front on. Gold pinstripe and lipstick. Silver grille. I think this is the best front view of all the new Aston sports cars, if not which is? Nice to pop down to @dixoncardetailing new premises too . . . #astonmartinvantage #vantage #v8 #astonmartin by @mickyx47
Driving down the motorway I spotted fuel at £2.25 a litre (diesel). I remember very vaguely when I passed my test petrol was around 45p a litre. What’s the cheapest you remember petrol prices being? (Yes I do remember it by the gallon…) . . . #vantage #astonmartinvantage #v8 #petrolprice #astonmartin by @mickyx47
DB12S. Do like the look of these, in the wild they look great. Hard to decide which is the better looking car; this, Vantage or new Vanquish? . . . #astonmartindb12 #db12 #db12s #astonmartin by @mickyx47
I’m enjoying the Vantage a lot, great to be back in one. I do like the different modes and being able vary the firmness of the suspension in any mode. The comments on the wheels always make me smile. I often prefer black wheels as the focus is on the body. People say they should be silver. Now diamond cut here and people say they should be black… Best wheel option for this? . . . #astonmartinvantage #vantage #v8 #aston #astonmartin by @mickyx47
The quest for cheaper fuel… The 812 Superfast has a 92 litre tank, do the maths. What’s your record fill up? . . . #ferrari812superfast #812superfast #812 #ferrari812 #v12 by @mickyx47
Throwback to last weekend and the opening of @mallards.ltd Some shots of the Vantage and friends crafted by @camridler Which of these you taking? . . . #astonmartinvantage #vantage #gt3 #porschegt3 #boxster by @mickyx47
