Different ages. Different stages. Same standard.

Some of my favorite sessions are when we get our young up and coming hoopers with our college/pro established players. Here @loveleibestt sharing the floor with @evina_22 and some of our college hoopers.

The work matters, but there’s another level of growth that happens when a young athlete gets to feel the pace, physicality, communication and decision-making of players who are further along the path. Those reps give the work context and make the next level feel real.

High-level players sharpening one another while setting the standard for the next generation.

Stop comparing yourself to others and just do what what you love. Starting off this new year I have finally realized that I need to stop comparing myself and just shoot. Put yourself out there send an email or two it’s okay if you get rejected just remember why you started this, keep working toward your goals.
