“Among the roses, we found forever.” 🌹

In the beautiful flowers of McGill Rose Garden ( @mcgillrosegarden ), @_jacquiejadore and I exchanged vows that reflected everything our love stands for — patience, faith, and peace. In that moment, surrounded by blooms and grace, I was reminded once again that with her, I am home.

I promised to love her in joy and in challenge, to listen with empathy, to protect her heart, and to cherish her dreams as my own. She is my best friend, my answered prayer, my 4Lifer — and my peace. 🤍

How do you tell the person you've spent OVER 16 summers (IYKYK 😘) watching them grow, mature, elevate, break barriers, remain consistent, push beyond breaking points, KEPT GOD & HIS PLAN at the CENTER of our stronghold, overcame any obstacle placed in front of her and still find the time to be AN AMAZING WIFE!!!???

First time hitting 100lbs on the Lat Pulldown using the Neutral Grip Bar ( my favorite as you can see from my videos lol ) 💪🏾😮‍💨

I could only complete 8-9 but I’m usually pulling 70lbs sometimes 85lbs so this was hard as hell as you can see from my expression 😅

I know I been away but life be lifeing fr fr 😮‍💨

I been working so I’m trying to give me graceful 🤲🏾

With @thecarolinasfashionweek ending today, we wanted to drop the footage we caught attending @thriftgalaclt Art & Fashion Show this past Monday 👀

Been doing this since February 😮‍💨🏁

Yea I’ve had some days where I just couldn’t make it but I’ve been to the gym more days this year than I have in the past 6 years so that’s a plus 🙏🏾

Woke up today with a lot on my mind & I started to overwhelm myself being in my thoughts 💭

After having an open discussion with @_mrscocoaqueen I was able to talk my thoughts out with her & by the end of our conversation she suggested I go to the gym to get my mind off things 😮‍💨

If you have someone rotting for you and in your corner, it’s a great feeling fr. Don’t take that person for granted 🤲🏾

One of the biggest lesson I learned this year…

Sometimes I think i have an issue with wishing I could control most situations with people and sometimes I just have to leave certain people where they at 🤷🏾‍♂️

It’s hard especially when you care about those people but people switch on you like seasons so I just gotta let it be
