In case you are one of those people that don’t look at stories, I lost my soul dog this past Thursday, October 8. It’s been one of the most difficult things I’ve ever gone through in my life. Thank you for your patience through this time, and I look forward to meeting/seeing you once I get back to it. by @microluxetattoos

AnaBelle, I’m so sorry I couldn’t save you this time. 💔

Making this video was one of the hardest, yet most beautiful experiences. I honestly forgot how much life she had, and how spunky she used to be. It made me realize how blind I have been to the inevitable.

It’s impossible to put into words how much this little girl means to me, but if you’ve ever known us, you know exactly how much love we shared. I can’t believe I’m meant to navigate the rest of my life with this hole in my chest. But I feel so blessed that she chose me, and trusted me, and I always found a way to show up for her. Even until her very last moments.

Losing her this way was the worst possible outcome. Even though I know she needed me to, I genuinely think she would’ve never believed that I could do that to her 💔 and I couldn’t either. I just pray she knows it was my final act of love. 💔

AnaBelle saved my life countless times. Without her, I would not be here today. I owe her my life. And I don’t know what to do with what’s left of it now that’s she’s gone. I guess all I can do is try to continue to make her proud from down here while she’s watching me from up there. I find comfort knowing she’s with Lady, Sammi, my grandma, Banjo, Bolo, and all of her other friends.

My favorite thing about AnaBelle is that she loved everyone, could make you feel like the most special person in the world, and turn the most aggressive mean dogs into a puddle of butter over her. She was truly something special, and I don’t know what I did to ever deserve an angel like her. But I’m so grateful that I did.

I wanted to spend my whole life with you, AnaBelle, and I’m sorry that I had to let you go. I love you more than anything in this world, and we will never be the same without you 💔
