hi friends! im super excited to announce that im going to give a public science talk @berkeleypubliclibrary with Popping the Science Bubble at the central branch on 1/20 at 5:30pm !! 🌟 the event is hybrid and will also be on zoom for any folks who live a bit farther away 🌍

it's going to be in the form of a zine reading and i'll talk about microbes 🧪🦠🧫 (wow), a bit about how they shape our world, and a bit about what i've been working on for the last 5 years in my phd (whoa!)

when the zoom link is available i will have it linked in my bio! i also plan to make the pdf available for free and be giving away some zines (depending on how many copies i can print and fold in time) at the event itself!

the zine is still in progress but here's a sneak peak of how it's going with most of the relevant event details

anyway happy new year would love to see y'all there! ✨️💖 by @micronsized

hi (๑･̑◡･̑๑) ive been a lot less active with posting mostly as a (likely futile) attempt to limit my data from being scraped by tech goons :’) but my art kinda feels more precious to a degree when i’m being more selective about who gets to see it and when?

here’s the cover of the next issue of the @berkeleyscirev coming to u soon !! hopefully in early november !

sending warm fall vibes in these trying times,,,,

seems like there was a bit more interest in this very serious zine with very sound and trustworthy advice that i made so im gonna post it here! im not planning to be doing online sales anytime soon but if anyone's super interested in having a copy i can mail it out (send me a dm!)

anyhow the contents are mostly reflective of the feeling i get that most of my phd experience has been everything that ive done outside of the things im supposed to actually do to get the degree itself or something

but enjoy and catch these @sfzinefest and in september @baqzf 👀🎓 by @micronsized
