🏡Our Passing It Forward: Heirs Property event was a reminder that protecting generational wealth begins with understanding it. From learning about estate planning and property ownership to asking questions about heirs property, neighbors came together to learn, listen, and think about what it means to leave something protected for the next generation.

✨We talked about more than property. We talked about legacy, ownership, family, and the responsibility that comes with what we inherit and what we leave behind.

✨We’re grateful for everyone who shared their knowledge, asked questions, told their stories, and helped make space for an important conversation.

✨Because legacy isn’t just about what we receive.
It’s about what we protect, what we build, and what we choose to pass forward. 🤝🏽

We’re kicking things off with a vendor block party in preparation for the opening of Thr!ft Mid-City, MCRA’s new thrift store — coming soon! We’re looking for vintage and thrift sellers, clothing and accessories vendors, handmade goods, jewelry, art, home décor, candles, beauty and self-care products, collectibles, books, crafts, and other unique local finds.

❄️ White Light Night: Winter Wonderland | November 20
One of Mid City’s signature nights is back! We’re looking for artists, makers, boutiques, clothing and accessories vendors, jewelry designers, holiday and seasonal goods, home décor, handcrafted products, specialty gifts, candles, art, and other creative local businesses.

🌮 Food trucks & food vendors — we want to hear from you, too! Food businesses are encouraged to join the MCRA Official Vendors List for consideration for these and other upcoming MCRA events.
