THIS IS 30! Three decades of becoming. Of learning, stretching, trusting, losing, finding, and growing into the person God created me to be. I look back with gratitude for every chapter, every lesson, every answered prayer, and even the seasons I didn’t understand.

May my 30s be marked by deeper faith, greater wisdom, abundant joy, meaningful purpose, lasting peace, and a life that reflects the goodness of God.

I am stepping forward with joy, because the God who carried me through three decades already knows what awaits me in the next.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord… — Jeremiah 29:11

30. A new era begins. ✨

And perhaps that is what makes 30 so meaningful: I have lived long enough to know that God does not waste a season. He uses every chapter to prepare us for the increase that is still ahead.

So I enter this new decade holding tightly to this promise:

On this day years ago, I took the biggest leap of faith of my life—I left everything familiar and moved from Nigeria to America. A journey across continents, across the ocean, into the unknown. And today, as I look back, my heart is full of gratitude.

So far, it has been the most thrilling, nerve-wracking, exciting, and eye-opening season of my life.

There’s so much about relocation that no one tells you—the mental, emotional, financial, and social shifts that shake you in ways you never imagined. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: GIVE EVERYTHING TIME. If you’re doing it for yourself—not to prove a point or impress anyone—every milestone will hold real meaning, and every success will feel truly yours.

I am grateful for the friends who became family, the love that surrounded me, and above all, God—who never failed to show up when I felt like I couldn’t handle it anymore. There were days I questioned everything, moments I felt lost, but each time, He reminded me that I was exactly where I needed to be.

So if you’re standing at the edge of change, afraid to take the next step—do it. Whether it’s moving to a new country, switching careers, or simply choosing a new path, don’t let fear hold you back. You deserve the new chapter. And as Pastor Steven always says, blessings are heavy, but God gives you the strength to carry them.

With love and gratitude, always.
