My boys bday coincides w ny so let’s consider this both. Didn’t sleep this year (obvi). Like woke up every 40 minutes for a month kinda thing. Averaged 2 hour stretches for the last 15ish months. But I’m not tired. I actually have more energy than I ever have. Do what you love and you’ll never sleep a day in your life. That’s what they say! Nosedived into birding and being a baby chef. Also got fully exonerated from the streets 🙏 with a badge of honour for my time might I add. I was good at what I did. Now it’s my time to be good at this. He makes it easy. Here’s some pics of his party <3. The greatest sun I’ve ever known. He has done only good to this world. Couple of my life scraps at the end. by @midgebaby

The swollen belly of being in love. We’re welcoming a baby boy December 2024. I already know him. I’ve dreamt about him for years and always missed him when I woke up. These days I wake up with my hand on my stomach most the time. Spending every micro second connected feels like the only way to be. Our baby loves ice cream and 11pm and now I do too. Pregnancy is wildly destabilizing. If you don’t know you just don’t know. Somewhere in between white knuckling my privacy and salivating to share my experience. Steppin out of everything I’ve ever known has barely felt like a leap. Just my next step. He was ready and I’m ready too. Thanks for coming to my 30th birthday little boy. Now can someone get us a round of Shirley temples. by @midgebaby
