Legendary Director @martinscorsese_ is a officially a Friend Of The Show. The PCS team had the opportunity to speak to the Director of ‘Flowers Of The Killer Moon’ at BFI London Film Festival Red Carpet! House of the Dragon Has Failed Daemon Targaryen In One Crucial Way House of the Dragon has done a phenomenal job bringing Daemon Targaryen to life. From his bond with Caraxes and his brilliance as a warrior to his belief in Targaryen supremacy and his deeply layered relationships with Viserys and Rhaenyra, Matt Smith’s Daemon has become one of television’s most compelling characters.But after Episode 4 of Season 3, it’s only reinforced my biggest criticism of the adaptation.The show has underdeveloped Daemon’s relationship with his children.Fatherhood adds another layer to understanding who Daemon is. We know he’s capable of extraordinary love and fierce loyalty, but most of that has been explored through his brother, his wives and his queen. His children, meanwhile, have often been left on the periphery.That becomes particularly noticeable with Baela and Rhaena. Both are now becoming major players in the Dance of the Dragons, yet we’ve spent surprisingly little time exploring what they actually mean to Daemon. The ingredients have always been there. My 2026 So Far As A Film & TV ContentHey! I make reviews, recommendations, scene breakdowns, character analyses and I just love talking about film and television with people who love film and television too.And if I’m being honest, 2026 has been a crazy year so far.I’ve had the opportunity to attend premieres, cover some incredible films and TV shows, create content around projects I’m genuinely passionate about, and even do my first solo junkets, speaking with some amazingly talented people in the industry.A lot of it comes down to hard work, consistency and being ready when opportunities come along. But I’d be lying if I didn’t also say I’m incredibly grateful. God has been so good to me, and I don’t take any of this for granted.There’s still so much I want to achieve before the year’s over.More interviews, more reviews, more conversations and, hopefully, more opportunities to keep growing in this space.But I also want to give something back.
