Midlands Screen Acting School, founded in 2013 by Oscar-winning writer and actress Rachel Shenton, welcomes individuals of all ages, because you’re never too old to pursue your acting dreams.

Really grateful to have had the opportunity to spend yesterday speaking with the students at Midlands Screen Acting School.

We discussed accessibility, regional filming and ran some mock auditions.

Huge thank you to Oscar winning film director Chris Overton who ran a one day course on Saturday. He covered film acting techniques in the morning followed by giving everyone the necessary tools, guidance and advice to forge their own path in the industry. Invaluable!
