For years, women have been told that fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, poor sleep, mood changes, and countless other symptoms are simply “part of getting older” or “just hormones.”

But what if that’s only part of the story?

The truth is, hormones don’t work in isolation.

Midlife is about the interaction between hormones, metabolism, brain health, the immune system, thyroid function, gut health, heart health, muscle, sleep, inflammation, environmental exposures, and so much more.

When we focus on only one piece, we can miss the bigger picture.

That’s why we created the Women’s Midlife Health Summit.

Over three days, you’ll hear from more than 30 leading physicians, researchers, and women’s health experts as we expand the conversation beyond menopause and take a deeper look at what may actually be happening inside the body.

Because women deserve more than symptom management.

They deserve understanding.

The body is constantly working on our behalf, regulating, repairing, adapting, and carrying us through each day, yet it is easy to lose touch with that intelligence when life keeps demanding more of our attention.

Lo Roxburgh @loroxburgh of @loroxmethod invites women to reconnect with the wisdom within their bodies rather than treating the body as something to control, correct, or push through. Her work centers on movement, fascia, breath, and the subtle signals that can help us become more aware of how we are feeling.

Midlife can be an opportunity to rebuild that relationship. As the body changes, learning to notice its rhythms and responses may help women approach movement and self-care with greater curiosity, compassion, and trust.

Lo will also guide us through movement flows and somatic practices during the Women’s @midlife.summit, helping us return to our bodies as we take in three days of information.

Join us November 10 to 12, 2026. The summit is completely FREE to watch live.

When symptoms overlap during midlife, better testing can help women and their healthcare providers look beyond assumptions and investigate the systems that may be contributing to how they feel.

We are excited to welcome Genova Diagnostics @genovadiagnostics as a Supporting Sponsor of the Women’s @midlife.summit.

Genova provides comprehensive laboratory testing across areas including gut health, nutrition, hormones, immune function, cardiometabolic health, and environmental exposures. Its testing is designed to give practitioners a more detailed view of individual biochemistry and help inform personalized care.

That deeper approach reflects one of the summit’s central themes: symptoms that appear during midlife may involve more than hormones alone. Looking at the broader picture can support more informed conversations about the root causes, patterns, and health priorities that deserve attention.

We are grateful to have @genovadiagnostics supporting this event and helping us expand access to conversations about individualized testing and women’s health.

We are just over a month away from three days that will bring more than 50 leading physicians and women’s health experts together to examine what is really happening in the body during midlife.

The Women’s @midlife.summit is completely FREE to watch live from November 10 to 12, 2026, giving women everywhere access to more than 30 hours of professionally filmed conversations from the comfort of home.

This summit goes far beyond the idea that every symptom is simply menopause. Our speakers will explore how hormones intersect with metabolism, thyroid function, cardiovascular health, brain health, sleep, stress, gut health, immune function, environmental exposures, infections, bone and muscle health, sexual wellness, aesthetics, longevity, and prevention.

If you have tried HRT and still do not feel like yourself, have symptoms no one has been able to connect, or want to better understand how to protect your health moving forward, this event was created for you.

You will be able to explore the full agenda, choose the conversations most relevant to your health, and hear from experts who are asking deeper questions about the root causes that may be contributing to how women feel and function during midlife.

Registration is open, and November will be here before we know it. Save your free spot now so you are ready when the summit begins.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗠𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿.

A blood sugar average can look reassuring while still missing the repeated spikes happening after meals.

Continuous glucose readings are giving us a more detailed view of metabolic health, including how sharply glucose rises after eating and how frequently those post-meal spikes occur. Dr. Sanjay Bhojraj @doctorsanjaymd discusses why these patterns may matter for immediate blood vessel function as well as long-term cardiovascular health.

This is also where the work of our presenting sponsor, Sigrid @sigrid.life and @siporepro, fits into the conversation. Their SiPore® technology is designed to work locally during digestion and support a steadier post-meal glucose response.

Midlife can change the way the body regulates glucose and responds to carbohydrates, making it increasingly important to look beyond a single number. Understanding what happens after meals can give women and their healthcare providers a more complete picture of metabolic health and the patterns that may deserve attention.

Mold can be invisible in your environment while its effects are felt throughout your body.

Dr. Eboni Cornish @dr.ebonicornish explains how mold exposure can affect the brain, joints, vision, energy, and hormone production. For women in midlife, that can create a complicated picture in which symptoms may be attributed to hormonal changes without considering what else could be contributing.

Her conversation at the Women’s @midlife.summit explores why persistent symptoms deserve a broader investigation, especially when women know something feels wrong even though the source is not immediately visible.

Midlife can sharpen your sense of what you want and dramatically reduce your willingness to tolerate what no longer feels right.

Sara Winslow @ambitchouscollective describes it as developing an internal barometer. The expectations, relationships, and situations she once accepted became harder to overlook as she moved through hormonal change and gained a stronger understanding of herself.

She jokingly describes estrogen as the source of “rose-colored glasses,” while recognizing that her experience is personal rather than medical guidance. What changed most was her willingness to trust what she felt and respond accordingly.

Sometimes midlife does not make a woman difficult. It makes it harder for her to keep abandoning herself to preserve everyone else’s comfort.

We had a fascinating filming day for the Women’s @midlife.summit with Dr. Jaban Moore and Kara Mayer Robinson, exploring the external exposures and internal patterns that can shape how women experience midlife.

Dr. Jaban Moore @drjabanmoore joined us for an important conversation about environmental toxins, including PFAS, microplastics, and other substances that may be present in the water we drink every day. We looked at how repeated exposure can accumulate in the body over time and why the environment deserves greater consideration when investigating changes in women’s health.

Kara Mayer Robinson @karamayerrobinson guided us through the personal patterns that midlife can bring to the surface. This stage of life can ask women to confront the habits, relationships, expectations, and beliefs they have carried for years, creating an opportunity to recognize what is no longer serving them and choose how they want to move forward.

Together, these sessions examine what we absorb from the world around us and what we carry within us, offering two important perspectives on creating a healthier next chapter.

We cannot wait to share these conversations with you November 10 to 12, 2026. The summit is completely FREE to watch live.

Women deserve to understand their bodies, participate fully in their care, and feel confident asking questions about the options available to them.

Dr. Anna Cabeca @thegirlfrienddoctor is joining the Women’s @midlife.summit because education can help women reclaim a sense of agency that is too often lost when symptoms are dismissed, concerns go unanswered, or healthcare feels like something happening to them instead of with them.

Menopause is not a disease, yet that does not mean women should be expected to move through it without information, care, or support.

It is a physiological transition and a pivotal moment in a woman’s life, one that can influence her body, emotional well-being, relationships, identity, and the way she thinks about the years ahead.

Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz @askdrsuzanne brings a whole-person perspective to the Women’s @midlife.summit, reminding us that women cannot be reduced to a single hormone level, symptom, or stage of reproductive life. Meaningful menopause care must consider the full mind, body, and lived experience of the woman seeking it.
