The businesses of Mid Main together with Mid Main Lofts invite the community to celebrate another First Thursday on March 5, 2026 benefiting the Dr. Marnie Rose Foundation and supporting Team Escalante Express in the upcoming Run for the Rose 5k. March 5th holds special significance as the birthday of Jennifer Escalante—a beloved teacher, neighbor, friend, mother, and wife who—alongside her husband Tomas Escalante—helped establish Sig’s Lagoon Record Store, a cultural cornerstone of the Mid Main neighborhood for more than 20 years. This First Thursday honors her lasting impact and legacy within the community. Guests can check in at 3550 Main Street and make a $10 donation to the Dr. Marnie Rose Foundation or join the Escalante Express to recieve an all-access wristband for an evening of art, music, craft workshops, local vendors along Winbern Street, libations by Saint Arnold Brewing Company, and specials throughout the block.
