Easter is nearby. Time for preparations to help the Easter bunny. Or the Easter bells (more common in my region). Those bells will leave our medieval town on Good Friday to go to Rome. They will return on Easter, loaded with eggs and they will scatter them in all the gardens. And the bells in our town are old ! The oldest were cast in 1754.

Tuesday was the first springtime day; a bit of sun, between 10 and 12 degrees. It was so good to do some garden cleaning. My dear husband asked me to prepare smoked orange chicken. Bit by bit days become longer. Every day a few minutes. I saw the first snowdrops in the garden. I like to look at cooking videos on Instagram, the difference between “European” and “American” (US) videos is tremendous.
