I’ve learnt that makeup artistry isn’t just about the application of makeup itself, it’s the careful attention to detail, deciding with your clients input what’s best for them and at the utmost making them feel comfortable with the soft strokes of your brushes against their skin and the tenderness in your words when you speak to them.
It is a reminder that in this world where everything is fast paced, you can find comfort in sitting in your MUAs chair forgetting all your worries and the only thing in your mind is how gorgeous and insanely beautiful you’d look and feel after.
Happy International Women’s Day 💞
Gentle reminder, be kind to yourself 🫶🏾

Exactly two weeks ago, I hosted my very first makeup class💜
After months of planning, designing, doubting, packing goodie bags, creating workbooks, and wondering if anyone would come… we hosted the very first Summer Glam x Miel Signature Beauty Experience.

It wasn’t about having the biggest class, it was about creating a space where ladies could learn, ask questions, build confidence, and simply enjoy glamming together.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the feedback, and receiving messages asking ‘When’s the next class?’ reminded me exactly why I wanted to host this class.

Thank you to everyone who believed in the vision, attended, supported, shared my posts, and cheered me on.

Here’s to showing up, dreaming bigger, and building one beautiful experience at a time.

Autumn Glow… I think it’s your turn. 🍂✨
