Pick up. Your nervous system is calling. 📞🔥

Sauna is more than just a good sweat. Heat temporarily increases your heart rate and circulation, and as your body cools down, your nervous system shifts towards a more relaxed state.

Scientific studies suggest that regular sauna bathing may help reduce stress, promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

Think of it as a little reset for your body and mind.

See you at Miers. 🧖‍♀️

Around 50 Strangers from the Seekers Community took over the streets of Riga, Latvia 🇱🇻 to play a scavenger hunt and win the new Yes Theory Atlas books!

Thank you to our friends:

@miers.lv and @_anzelika, for the 75 minute sauna ritual that brought us peace and tranquility;
@bangbangshop for having us and treating the Seekers to coffee before the scavenger hunt;
@kokmuiza for the tasty non-alcoholic welcome drinks at the sauna ritual;
Raimonds for creating the “Yes Theory Atlas Scavenger Hunt” interactive app. by @miers.lv

The Yes Theory Atlas is coming in-person to 9 different countries and cities around the world. And don’t worry if you don’t see your city in there- we’re hosting an online worldwide event with @ammar on Nov 7th. See you there Seekers! 🫶

We’re adding a little more Miers to the week. 🌿

From now on, you can join us for Calm rituals every Monday and Tuesday at 19:00.

Mondays with @itsbeatee
Tuesdays with @_anzelika

A warm sauna, three rounds of heat and cold, and a much nicer way to start the week. 🤍

Bookings are open on our website miers.lv. by @miers.lv

If you’ve been to one of our rituals, you’ve definitely smelled these before 🌿

We use Aromen essential oils because they’re made specifically for sauna. The scents are natural, clean and never overly perfumed, and they work beautifully with heat, steam and directly on the sauna stones.

For us, it’s one of those small details that makes a big difference to the whole ritual.

We’re thinking of bringing some of our favourite Aromen scents into the Miers shop too 👀

Would you want to take your favourite Miers sauna scent home?

Anželika founded Miers after years of working remotely, connected to everything and disconnected from herself. Her ritual is three rounds of heat, three cold plunges, 75 minutes. Between rounds you sit, you breathe, and you talk to whoever is on the bench next to you.

Miers means peace. That is what people feel like when they walk out.
