They say a sister is a built in best friend, and it could not be more true for Marlowe and Liddy 🤍 They’re less than 2 years apart in age, but have grown up together. And the way they cheer for each other might be my favorite part!

@nolimitsdancene is a special place! Marlowe said her favorite part of dancing there is how they’re so nice and positive, and at the same time, very strict and exact. (Her words) and I think that sums it up well!

She has found a place where she thrives, and is pushed past what she thinks she can do. Great coaches create culture, and NoLimits is a community of dancers who love to be challenged, and Marlowe loves to be a part of it! Last week she did her first quad turn, and she said her coach that night, Alejandra gave her a high five and said, “I knew you could do it!”

So beyond the fun dances, great costumes, and community, she found a place that makes her feel capable, confident, and challenged.

And those are qualities she will carry for the rest of her life.

Thank you so much, Andrea and Mila, for all you do for NoLimits! Thank you coach Brooke for your focus, development, and support for our girl! Thank you, Sami for being the sweetest solo sister!! Thank you to all the amazing dance teachers and coaches who challenge Marlowe each week! We are grateful to be a part of it all!

Happy National Coach’s Day to all of these amazing coaches! Thank you for all you do for our gymnasts. 🤍

Beyond the skills and drills,
The competitions and training,
The hard days and big wins,
There are coaches who have relentlessly supported Marlowe in the past three years.

She would not be here without each of you.

Thank you for everything. 🤍

First Husker game in the books! And it was so memorable! With the balloons 🎈 after the first touchdown, a combined performance with the cheerleaders and Scarlets, the girls loved every moment!!!

Marlowe said her favorite part of the game was seeing people she knew on the field and having her best friend there 🥹 Londyn said her favorite part was the TOUCHDOWNS! 💪🏽 and there were plenty! Huskers won 48-23!! GBR

This is why we love sports. 🏈 ⚽️🤸🏽‍♀️💃🏽🩰👯‍♀️💪🏽

From the soccer field to the balance beam,
Touchdowns to first double turns,
Ballet details to running full speed at a vault,
Chasing dreams, following your loves and pursuing your talents with wreckless abandonment is WORTH IT.

Marlowe has big dreams, and we are sharing the journey because it’s teaching her more than just a list of skills. It’s confidence in trying new things, persevering through countless falls, winning close games, being crowned a national champion, to getting second place even though you had a personal best.

She isn’t chasing trophies or medals. It’s building life skills.

Thank you for your support and love so far! We are loving this Instagram community 🫶🏽

Open gym vibes. Feeling fearless and the confidence to try something new!

Marlowe tried her double back from the platform, and said “THAT WAS SO FUN”!!! A little later, her friend Luca said, “send it” and Marlowe tried it on the tumble track! Not bad for day 1! 😍

This girl is so motivated by new skills, and trying new things. And it’s even better in her new @cocovidaleotards 🥰

Is #TBT still a thing?!! Throwing it back to Marlowe at 7 years old! When a back walkover was one of the more advanced skills she was doing 🥹

She was giggly, and it was WINDY! Swipe to see the wind take center stage 😂

Tonight, we’re going to the studio to take pics to share a fun new announcement!!! 🥰

Today’s theme was a blackout for National Gymnastics week! Marlowe even found black socks 😂

If there is one thing I know about us, it’s that we go all in for a theme 🫶🏽 (and next time take pictures before practice to capture the cute hair 😂😅) gym hair is no joke! lol

This last month has been about details and refinement! And she has been working hard on the artistic and dance elements that are going to be weighted more heavily this upcoming season!

And it’s been amazing to see her effort, focus, commitment, and fun come to life!

This is SO close to 180 degrees… do you think it’d count??
