Why is it important to humbly research before starting a new project in a country? Because tr*fficking happens differently everywhere. What works in one country might not work in a different country. taken in Seoul, Korea by @mightywarrior.intl

One of the questions I get most often is ‘How does trafficking happen in South Korea? Are the girls kidnapped?’ The short answer is no. While kidnapping is one way to end up trafficked, it’s actually not the most common way, specifically not in South Korea.

8 Months ago the Lord brought me to California, among other reasons, to help pioneer an anti-trafficking project here in Redding. I knew part of the purpose was to set me up for my future, but little did I know the impact it would have on me. The strategies, relationships and passion that have come out of this last eight months …all I can say is WOW, God. Trafficking looks different in every city and nation. A country’s culture, people, and even industries affect how and where people are trafficked. I cannot wait to run 🏃🏻‍♀️ with all that I have received from this place and these people. I cannot wait to see what the Lord’s going to do. I cannot wait to see more women and children set free.

Last week Zion and I led 7 straight hours of prayer, worship, and intercession with a church in Kent, UK 🇬🇧

A year ago, I had never even heard the word ‘prayer burn.’ Never heard the phrase ‘harp and bowl.’ Never sang in front of people. Yet here we are, stepping into a church in the UK and helping them birth something they’ve been contending for.

This church had just come out of three days of nonstop worship at their Altar Conference, which I also got to be a part of. Wednesday, we walked straight into the prayer room — full of people. The whole 7 hours. The Lord was already stirring something in them. We just got to co-labor with Him in it.

We invited some friends and a couple who runs a UK prayer house to lead sets alongside us — which I felt was so prophetic. Having British prayer leaders carrying it with us.

One of the things that still surprises me is how in sync Zion and I are. Thinking the same scripture. Reaching for the same song. In sync in the natural and in the spirit.

The pastors said what we carried was exactly what they’d been asking the Lord for. And the whole room felt it — we sensed the Lord giving this church a prayer assignment. An invitation to keep pressing into His heart and presence. An incense of intercession rising.

Zion and I are both called to go and pray.

For some, missions looks like building houses. For some, it looks like feeding the orphans and the homeless. And we do do that. But often, our assignment is to go and pray. And to lead others into a lifestyle of prayer. To set up an altar of prayer and worship. To come alongside the capital C Church. To steward what God is already doing in houses of God all over the world. 🌍

It’s so special and I’m so grateful to be a part of He’s doing in the nations. ♥️

Of all the places I expected to do anti-human trafficking work… Dallas was the last place I ever expected.

And being here feels emotional in a way I didn’t anticipate—because it’s where part of my story was written.

I was r*ped in Texas in 2013.
My r*pe kit was done in Dallas.

Honestly, I don’t think about that part of my life very often anymore. It’s not triggering like it used to be—there’s been so much healing. Praise God.

So this completely caught me off guard…

Sitting in a room, listening to stories of children being rescued from human trafficking here… hearing how advocates go with them to hospitals in Dallas… it brought back so many memories.

And with it, a level of empathy and compassion I didn’t even know I had.

I walked through years of inner healing—deliverance, Sozos, therapy.
All of it mattered. All of it helped.

But at the end of the day, it was the Lord Himself who healed my heart from that trauma.
Not a session. Not a method. Him.

And that’s why my passion for human trafficking and sexual abuse recovery runs so deep.

Because advocacy matters. Strategy matters.
But without the Lord, this work can only take someone so far.

We don’t just need more resources—
we need more Kingdom workers in this space. People who carry the HEALING power of God.

Because it’s the Lord who heals hearts.
It’s the Lord who redeems stories.

And I know that… because it’s part of mine too. taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @mightywarrior.intl

In 2025, I founded an anti-trafficking mission organization, Mighty Warrior International @mightywarrior.intl

The work began in 2023, but we officially launched in 2025—and we’re still very much in the pioneering, research, and development phase. Right now, my focus is learning, building, and forming strategic partnerships with organizations already leading in this space, like Unbound Now and the Tim Tebow Foundation.

I don’t take these opportunities lightly. I see this season as an assignment—to listen, to learn, and to build with wisdom.

This mission is deeply personal for me. In 2013, I was raped — right here in Texas—and that experience is what first ignited a burden in my heart for women and children impacted by sexual abuse and human trafficking.

I never could have imagined that I would one day return to Texas for this exact thing.

And yet, here I am—humbled, and deeply honored—to do this work, and to learn from those who have been faithfully leading it long before me. taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @mightywarrior.intl

Last week was an all-day prayer and intercession meeting for revival in Korea. The Spirit of the Lord was thick in this place as we laid this nation at the feet of Jesus. We heard not only from South Korean pastors, prophets, and revivalists, but also from a North Korean defector and a South Korean pastor and missionary to North Korea whose focus is helping North Koreans who are being trafficked in and into China— over 50,000 women.

The South Korean Church is famous for two things: intercession and sending missionaries to the nations. This month, we continued to dig up and revive the deep wells of intercession that this nation has been cultivating for over a century.

Blow the trumpet in Zion,
declare a holy fast, call a sacred assembly.
Gather the people, consecrate the assembly.
- Joel 2:15-16

There will be REVIVAL in Korea 🇰🇷

Singapore is a popular transit point and destination hub for trafficking activities, where women and girls are trafficked into the country for sexual or labour exploitation. Exploiting Singapore’s attractive economic conditions, criminal syndicates deceive vulnerable victims with false job offers, promising them a better life for their families. Today, there are approximately 1.37 million foreign workers in Singapore supplementing the country’s manpower needs, out of which, close to 1 million low-wage migrant workers are amongst the most vulnerable.

Because their work visas are employer-controlled, when they are coerced into providing sexual services or job conditions are changed beyond reasonable limits, workers have little recourse but to either return home or live with the unfair terms. It is not uncommon for these vulnerabilities to be exacerbated by personal circumstances, such as debt that they may have taken on in order to work in Singapore. Their lack of literacy and language further isolates them as they are often unable to access help easily when exploited.

Human trafficking is hiding in plain sight. And you can be part of the force that exposes this crime, by recognising the signs of victimisation and alerting the authorities.

For the next few days, remember to keep South Korea 🇰🇷 in your prayers as they hold off-cycle elections to elect their next president, following an impeachment of President Yoon.

This unexpected election on June 3, 2025, is a pivotal moment for the nation’s democracy and its international alliances, particularly with the US.

🇰🇷 Why This Election Matters

The election was triggered by the impeachment and removal of President Yoon, following his controversial declaration of martial law in December 2024. This political crisis has deeply polarized the country and raised concerns about the resilience of its democracy.

Leading in the polls is Lee Jae-myung (Democratic Party), a former labor activist advocating for centrist reforms and constitutional amendments to prevent future abuses of power. His main opponent, Kim Moon-soo (People Power Party, in 🇺🇸 like conservatives/Republicans) emphasizes business-friendly policies and a strong stance on national security and anti-communism.

🌐 Implications for U.S. Relations

The outcome of this election holds significant implications for U.S.-South Korea relations. Lee Jae-myung (D) proposes a changing foreign policy, seeking to lessen ties with the U.S. while also engaging with China and North Korea. This approach could lead to shifts in the existing U.S.-South Korea-Japan trilateral alliance and impact regional security dynamics.

Conversely, a W for Kim Moon-soo (PPP/R) would likely continue P. Yoon’s policies, reinforcing a hardline stance against North Korea and communism, and a closer alignment with U.S. strategic interests in the Indo-Pacific region.

🇰🇷 Why was Martial Law declared in the First Palce

Conservatives believe former President Yoon declared ML to deal with growing threats inside the government, including concerns that communism & North Korea had infiltrated the government of South Korea. They argue his removal from office was politically driven aka corruption. The left believes P. Yoon declared ML to cling to power and suppress opposition, viewing it as unjustified and authoritarian.

I think both sides can agree there’s unsettling political unrest and that they need prayer 🙏🏼 taken in Seoul, South Korea by @mightywarrior.intl

It’s interesting doing anti-Trafficking work and research in different countries around the globe, and every country is different.

One of the positives about South Korea is that there are actually resources available if the girls decide to reach out. The downside being that many of them get prosecuted for prostitution before the higher-ups realize they are being trafficked, and once they have a record, those resources are no longer available to them
