BESPOKE STORAGE SOLUTION PROJECT:
Epsom, Surrey

A new client reached out to us through various recommendations!
They desperately needed to make use of their large shed in their garden for storage.
We consulted with them regarding shelving ideas and what they wanted from the space. Together we came up with a solution to meet their needs and budget.
The end result meant they had a functional storage space allowing them to organise their various bits and pieces we all accumulate within our homes!

PATIO RENOVATION PROJECT:
Epsom, Surrey

Our regular client needed a series of maintenance projects carried out on their property, one of which was transforming this patio from being just plain concrete to a stunning area for them to sit or entertain on.
We worked alongside our colleagues @go_landscaping_ to create a new, fresh and bright patio space for our clients to enjoy.
The transformation is exactly what the client wanted, suffice to say they were over the moon with the end result!

BEDROOM UPDATE PROJECT:
Ewell, Surrey

Our regular client came to us wanting to update their bedroom.
We have worked very closely with this particular client for a few years and on many occasions had mentioned wanting to refresh their bedroom.
After a consultation with the client @mihandymanltd worked alongside @gcsservicesltd to create the bedroom they had envisaged.
Throughout the process we advised on materials and paints to match their chosen wallpaper. As always attention to detail is paramount!
Thank you to our dear colleagues @gcsservicesltd for yet another successful collaborative project.

Last week was a particularly busy week for @mihandymanltd with enquiries going through the roof! However, we managed to fit this particular client in at short notice to fix a piece of furniture.

BATHROOM UPDATE PROJECT:
Epsom, Surrey

(Swipe across for before & after)

Our regular client recently wanted an update on their existing bathroom.
They explained to us while we were at the property on a previous job for them how much they wanted to refresh and brighten up their bathroom without changing too much.

With all their specifications in mind we worked alongside our esteemed colleagues at both @gcsservicesltd and @westflowltd to help with this project.
The bathroom now looks brighter and fresh! A new sink/vanity unit was fitted, sealant was refreshed, grouting cleaned up and a full redecoration was completed to perfection.
Another amazing project collaboration completed alongside our fantastic colleagues.
Please contact @mihandymanltd for information on how we can help you improve your home or office with our vast range of property maintenance services.

BATHROOM UPDATE PROJECT:
Epsom, Surrey

Our client needed to update her bathroom and make use of her attachment shower for ease and to control water usage.
Previously the client had the shower attachment plumbed in however to make full use of it we recommended to keep costs down, fitting @easypanels waterproof panels and trims rather than additional tiles to protect the walls from getting wet as only half the walls were tiled.
We also fitted a shower screen and a shower riser allowing the shower to be attached to the wall to use as a stand up shower!
We recommended white gloss panels which complimented the bathrooms decoration.
Our amazing colleagues @westflowltd supplied and fitted a new towel rail and capped off a douche which was not being used and taking up space!
Our client was over the moon with her improved bathroom!
