Still riding the high of today’s win! 💗🏆💗 Our project took home Best Independent Pilot at Essence Film Festival & I couldn’t be more honored. ⁣ This short film has been years in the making. I was first looped in back in 2019 when we shot a conceptual trailer. Fast forward to 2022 when @mikeybaaby called me in to audition for the updated version — and we were off to the races. Thank you to @essencefilmfestival for your consideration, and to our incredible cast & crew, and director - thank you for trusting me with this role. Can’t wait for you all to watch it! I’ll be sharing more once the project is released (date tba), but until then… I’ll be adding all my exes to a group chat to secure funding for the next 5 episodes 💸😌💰 by @miinafest

Lights, Camera… Chaos ❤️‍🔥🎬💥 I’m in a comedy short called @blackmendontcheattv , screening THIS WEEKEND at the ESSENCE Film Festival in New Orleans! I play Cody, a marketing exec who bumps into her ex on the job 😬. It’s funny, familiar, and painfully relatable — because in today’s dating scene… if we don’t laugh, we’ll cry 😂 Come see it on Saturday, July 6th at 12:25 PM CT at the Convention Center during #ESSENCEFest! We’re part of a showcase celebrating bold, fresh voices across the diaspora ✨ 📲 Register via the E360 app to access the festival + all screenings 💫 Don’t miss it, see you in NOLA ⚜️ by @miinafest

Miina (@miinafest) started freelancing as a model and UGC creator, but pitching for herself quickly became a job on top of the job. Her outreach used to mean hours in web tabs, searching for one contact email at a time, then sending cold pitches into the void. “I heard about the automated pitching through the Bento Virtual Assistant, along with the brand contacts database, and knew it would be a game changer.” Her favorite feature turned out to be something she didn’t expect. “The email tracking feature makes it so easy to see exactly what stage I’m at with each brand — pitching, negotiating, wherever it is. I also love having high-volume outreach automated by my VA, so I’m not stuck doing it all manually.” One pitch even got her a free couch, and the post about it did 843K views. If you’ve been waiting until you have the right connections to pitch, you don’t have to. Save this post and follow @onbento for more. by @miinafest

💫 ELEVATE 💫 This Thursday, I’ll be at @suite5023htx speaking on a @styledbydeeayegoevents panel for Houston’s entrepreneurs and creatives — and yes, I want to see you there. 💫 Hosted by @deeaye.go & @houston_entrepreneur_social - I’ll be sharing my take on personal branding and social media marketing - from UGC to owning your story online. It’s also the soft launch of my new agency, @miinafestmediaco — where I help high-impact brands and leaders capture their essence and turn their online presence into real growth✨ (you see what I did there? 😌). If you’re building a business in Houston and want to learn, network, and look pretty while you do it, come through Thursday night at @suite5023htx. Tickets @houston_entrepreneur_social ✨Don’t forget to wear your red & gold ❤️‍🔥 taken in Houston, Texas by @miinafest
