If you were close in my world a year ago, you would’ve heard how harsh I was toward my body.

The comments, the judging, the quiet criticism every time I looked in the mirror.

Twelve months ago, you wouldn’t have seen me walking confidently in bikinis. My body hasn’t dramatically changed since then, I have.

The shift was a decision.
To stop negotiating with myself.
To stop waiting to feel “ready.”

When you see what’s possible when you stop waiting for ‘feel ready’ and start backing the woman you know you’re meant to be. I didn’t have what I have now. I didn’t have the confidence, certainly, self love, systems, leadership..

I built it layer by layer.. and if anything NOW, I’m doing it faster 😆 because once you rewrite your patterns and step into your next-level identity, momentum becomes your new normal 🔥

I recently received a DM saying, “You’re so happy all the time.”

And I am and my commitment here is to show you the realness behind the scenes too.

A few weeks ago I asked myself…

“What do I need to stop doing to grow ZAYA?”

I was splitting my energy across three different businesses my coaching, The Women’s Space and ZAYA… Wondering why ZAYA wasn’t growing the way I knew it could.

So I made a big decision.

I finished up with The Women’s Space, kept my 1:1 coaching intentionally small with a handful of clients I love working closely with, and decided to go ALL IN on ZAYA.

And this was the emotion behind that decision.

Because sometimes saying yes to the bigger vision means letting go of the safety and security of what you already have.

It felt scary. And I knew it was time to back myself.

Oh my Lordy… recapping September and I spent a total of 8 days at home 😅

In one month I went from the Byron Bay hinterland → Bali → Sydney → Mackay → Airlie Beach.

Safe to say, I am officially retired from flying for the next couple of months 😂✈️ (2 to be exact)

And as I reflect on it all, I feel incredibly blessed.

I’ve created a life where I have so much choice. A life where I can say yes to adventure, book the flight, experience new places and follow what feels exciting.

And at the same time… I’m so ready to be home. That’s the beauty of the season I’m in.

It’s not choosing adventure or stillness. It’s having both.

The freedom to explore the world AND the freedom to slow down. To go all in AND to soften. To experience more AND deeply appreciate the simplicity of being home

The dream was never one or the other. It creating a life spacious enough to have both ❤️ by @mikaelagreen
