Introducing all you need from digital brushes. 😌 jk this is a group of brushes I designed throughout the past year to help myself achieve certain effects I like in painting. And now I’m sharing them with you. 🥹 Hope you find them useful!

33. I have 3 goals this year.

A very humbling trend. 😆
I love the insane chain reaction that happened from a singular attempt by an artist just trying to improve themselves. 💕 They got a whole tsunami of artists riding along and sharing both their attempts and their knowledge! If you ever feel ashamed or scared of sharing your work, just remember this beginner artist happily shared AND ASKED how do draw a certain pose, and got the entire art community’s help and support. 🤍

Another special Queen by Midnight princess - Qasima Al Basar 🌙 🦉
The team was VERY GENEROUS by allowing me to contribute in writing the story and concept for this one! I asked if I could also give her some Hijazi influence and shared a few older ideas I wrote for some characters inspired by our folklore. They quickly embraced the ideas and combined them into a beautifully written story. So behold Qasima, the gentle woman thief, who shares the sense with any nearby animal. 🐈🦉🦅🐑🐜🐍

Lots of love for Alex and Kyle for letting me in on this one. Thanks guys. 🤍✨

Never got to share the art I did last year for Queen by Midnight’s expansion: Quarter Past! 🕰️
Always a delight to work on these queens. 🤍
Here’s the ruthless Elise! She will tear down your ship and do it with style. 💁🏻‍♀️💅🏼🌊
Very happy with how this turned out! Those tiny legs were never ending. 🥲 🐛
Swipe for some process and close-ups. 👉🏼

That was one crazy ride, and I’d do jt all over again. 🥹🤍✨

If you’re up for story time, my family wanted to go with my sister to help her settle in her new school in Hyde Park, about 2 hours north of New York. So I met them there! Such a gorgeous fairytale like location. We also took a tour in her school (which totally looks like Hogwarts, btw) and met the lovely community there.
Being in NY for the first time, I had to see some Broadway 🎭, and I DID. 🎉 So my family was kind enough to take the 2 hour drive and drop me at the theater. I went solo since no one in the fam was interested. 🤣 But I loved the first show so much that I booked a train ride to NY to catch another show, also solo. 😂 Was gonna go for the third on the same day but I probably wouldn’t have had a ride back home. Not to mention it was raining cats and dogs. 🌝
It’s been some time since our last family trip.. one of my favorite moments was just laying next to mama on the grass listening to birds, and having a hot drink with my sisters by the pond, which had a loud frustrated singular duck. 🦆🤣 Loved every bit of it!

Straight after NY, I flew to Dubai for my bestie’s wedding. She was VERY generous and kind enough that in addition to her WEDDING, she booked many activities for everyone to keep the entire group entertained. 🥹 We also ended up decorating the whole wedding by ourselves, which was super intense, but very special. ♡

Everything about the whole trip makes it probably the most special trip I’ve ever been on. Many first experiences and plenty of memorable moments with my favorite people in the world. 🤍🤍🤍 by @mikandii

Sharing with you a painting I made for my sister’s wedding cake! She’s an incredible cake artist (yes, even on her own wedding day). I created a soft, dreamy oil-style painting to match the classic design and the hues of red flowers. It wasn’t the easiest thing to pull off, but in the end, the cake was ready for its big moment! 🥰 🍰✨ Please appreciate all the gorgeous details she spent SO MUCH TIME ON for the cake.
