When you have to keep your food in the cooler to keep it from freezing…. An experience for the books this weekend testing out our cold weather gear. First night was about 17°F and with high winds the wind chill was subzero. Did a little hiking and shooting but then by about 8pm the second night we bailed 🤣 between the further temperature drop and the coyotes being a good stones throw away from camp we decided the cabin was a smarter choice 🤣 had some good food and good times but doubtful either of us will willingly do this again.@sgtcap80 #bushcraft #camping #wintercamping #gooutside #ATS by @mike_fitsc

5 weeks to improve. By far the best conditioned I’ve been at this point in a prep and not suffering, not starving. Build a solid, healthy metabolism in the off-season and then taper food down gradually and work like your life depends on it, the results will follow.
