Such a cool full-circle moment. I remember being a freshman in college sitting in the room when @etthehiphoppreacher came to NC State and spoke to us as our keynote speaker. I remember leaving inspired and excited for this next part of my journey. Fast fwd years later I got the opportunity to be the Keynote speaker for @packathletics this weekend for the new Student-athlete orientation! Super excited for what’s to come with this new group and the amazing things they will do.

Wasn’t 100% and prob shouldn’t have competed but competed well! The video speaks for itself. As I get older adversity and suffering have been aspects of life that I’ve embraced more and more. My view of them has become increasingly positive and they have been things I’ve begun to seek out intentionally.

I’m learning that change comes out of necessity/circumstance, sometimes outside of our control. Despite whether or not it’s something we willing choose I hope you feel encouraged and open to exploring a change perspective.
