We are sometimes quick to judge and label others once we don't understand them or they don't fit into our thinking.

In leadership, empathy is not optional. It is a critical success factor. If you must be successful in leading Genz, you must focus on re-evaluating your internal representation of things.

Salary conversations shouldn’t be a battle of guesses, lies, or inflated numbers, especially in a market where many professionals are already earning below true value.

Be honest about your current earnings, but be equally clear that it does not reflect the value you bring or the market standard for your role.

Great negotiation isn’t anchored on your CURRENT or PAST salary; it is anchored on your CONTRIBUTION, CAPABILITY, and MARKET data.

State your WORTH with candor, back it with COMPETENCE, and let your confidence speak louder than your PAYSLIP.

Organizations hire your value, not your OLD PAYSLIP. Your current salary is history, your value is the real story.

Know your worth. Say your worth. Stand by your worth.
