🎤 A little less conversation, a little more action… 🎶

When the house has mid century vibes, a wide open ranch layout, and an extra lot in Beachwood, sometimes the only logical move is to put on the white jumpsuit and channel the King.

Welcome to 24270 Hermitage Road in Shaker Heights, completely renovated by Genesis Construction, full of personality, and absolutely not your average ranch. From the unique design details to that bonus Beachwood lot, this one truly stands out.

We move from Little Less Conversation to Bossa Nova Baby to Suspicious Minds while I take you on a tour, with a little karate, a little swagger, and zero regrets.

🎸 What do you think, do I have a future as an Elvis impersonator?

👉 Know someone looking for a ranch in Shaker Heights or Beachwood?
👉 Know a big Elvis fan who needs to see this?
Go on now… don’t be cruel, send this to them.

🎄 THIS ISN’T A REQUEST… IT’S AN ORDER, PAL.
If Die Hard is a Christmas movie (it is), do us a solid: like it, comment on it, and share it. That support is what keeps these over-the-top ideas alive, and it genuinely means a lot.

This is it… the actual trailer. The final walkthrough. What everything’s been building toward. Please enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Huge shoutout to Sonny Lindsey the man, the myth, the director who somehow keeps making my creative dreams come true. This one was literally a year in the making.

The moment I walked into Stas’ office in Mayfield Heights last year, it was giving full-on Nakatomi Plaza vibes. From that second on, this had to happen. Yippee-ki-yay… you know the rest.

Massive THANK YOU to everyone who took part the commitment, the laughs, the willingness to fully send it. I had a blast, and I’m pretty sure everyone else did too. And let’s be honest… a couple of you might want to leave real estate and lending for Hollywood.

So to everyone watching (homeowners, partners, friends, and fellow Die Hard truthers)
welcome to the party, pal. 🎄💥

Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas from:

Ah… you’ve arrived.
Perfect timing.

Allow me to introduce Suite 3G — a loft so distinguished it could host an art gala or a covert meeting of international intrigue (possibly both, depending on the guest list).

Exposed brick. Towering ceilings. 1,700 sq ft of “don’t even think about scrolling past this.”
And yes — the rooftop views are exactly as dramatic as you’re imagining.

Soon, she’ll be officially re-introduced to the market.
Until then… keep your checkbooks warm, your champagne chilled, and your imaginations primed.

Would you rather host:
A) a black-tie gala
B) a covert, invite-only rooftop meeting
👇 drop your answer

Hit that like, share with a friend, and drop a comment — Reginald insists on nothing less than a viral entrance.

Northeast Ohio was showing off, and we made a whole day of it.

Family pictures in Peninsula, where Elen and I got married. Coming back with our boys makes that place even more special.

Coffee and treats at Peninsula Coffee House, then back home to Shaker Heights for Shake Fest, Ferris wheel rides, and a little more fall fun.

Ending the day watching a documentary about my all time favorite comedian… Norm.

Beautiful weather, my favorite people, and some Norm Macdonald laughs to close it out. Pretty perfect.

We came back for round BOO. 👻☕️🎃

Our second weekend in a row of Boos, Brews & Pumpkins Too brought us to the Billingtons’ house in Cleveland Heights

On The Block Group and Mane Capital teamed up again with Fifth Gear Coffee for pumpkins, delicious coffee, treats, and a flower bouquet bar. A little spooky, a little flowery, and a whole lot of catching up with neighbors.

This is one of our favorite parts of being your neighborhood Realtors: getting people together and making memories in the communities we call home.

Big thanks to the Billingtons for hosting, Fifth Gear for keeping our cups full, and everyone who stopped by. Same time next fall? 🧡

A one… a two… a three… 🔐

I’m on nine and still looking for a lockbox I remember the code to. Apparently, I collect these now.

The world may never know. And neither will I. 😂

Does anyone else have this issue???

With great neighborhood knowledge comes great responsibility. 🕷️🏡

Knowing the blocks, looking out for my neighbors, and occasionally changing outfits behind a closed door. All part of the job.

Buying or selling in Northeast Ohio? You don’t have to chase me down. A DM works just fine. 😂

Even Michael Myers is ready to settle down. Apparently, he just needed the right house. 🎃🏡

A little less slashing, a little more relaxing at 15249 Sassafras Drive in Strongsville.

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen island, and a spacious backyard, there’s plenty of room to enjoy your softer side. Add in a remodeled primary bath, new windows in 2025, and several other recent updates, and you can see why Michael’s making himself at home.

Shopping, dining, and the Cleveland Metroparks round out the reasons to stay. And this guy knows a thing or two about never wanting to leave. 😂

Message me for details or to schedule your own private showing. Michael isn’t included.

On Thursdays, we wear Mane Capital and pull up a chair with our favorite mortgage crew. 💁‍♂️

Every Thursday, the On The Block crew heads to Mane Capital for training, working side by side, and building relationships that go beyond a group text. We talk through real scenarios, bounce ideas around, and learn from each other so we can show up stronger for our clients.

A little real estate. A little mortgage talk. A lot of personality.

And yes, you CAN sit with us. 🖤 Agents from all brokerages are welcome! We love collaborating and getting to know others in the industry. Want to join us? Just reach out, and we’ll save you a seat.
