Good morning to my social media friends and family!

Western Iowa Tech Community College is looking for an Athletic Trainer to move Sioux City, Iowa! Yes, I said Sioux City Iowa! If you know someone that has a Masters Degree in Athletic Training, and in need of a change from the hustle and bustle of the big city, we are looking for them! The American Red Cross is thrilled to team up with Saquon Barkley, Pro Football Champion and blood donor, to help tackle blood shortages this winter. “For me working and being involved with children's hospitals and visiting the kids, you realize the importance of giving blood. How much it can change or improve their lives — especially those with cancer. That for me really hits home,” he said. Click the image above to hear from Saquon.

Right now, the Red Cross is teetering on a blood shortage, which could lead to a disruption in lifesaving care. Donors with types O, A negative and B negative blood are especially needed now.
