Grateful honestly. I feel like every picture here deserves its own caption, so here we go.

First slide: Still can’t believe I’m able to say “Yeah, I’m the third best in Jamaica at this.” 🥉
This journey tested me mentally more than physically, but if you know me you know that discipline equals freedom 💪🏽

Second slide: Making my mother smile and knowing she’s proud of me will forever be one of the biggest reasons I work as hard as I do. I wouldn’t be half the man I am today without this little lady. Thank you Mom ❤️

Third slide: I’m currently 133lbs and I love this physique but let’s aim for 150lbs because I’m hungry for 1st place next year 🦍

It’s easy to judge someone for their mistakes while overlooking the things we need to work on within ourselves, but personal growth starts with self-reflection. Before judging someone else’s journey, take a moment to examine your own.

Live your life according to your values, make choices you can stand behind but more importantly remember to give yourself room to grow!
