Stop opening your webinar with "Where's Everyone From."

That opener was fresh in 2020. It isn't anymore.

Your first 10 seconds set the tone for the entire hour, a tired opener gets a tired room.

Stop waiting for your audience to bring the energy…

A thermometer reflects whatever energy is already in the room.
A thermostat sets the temperature.

Your audience didn't show up energized. It's your job to energize them.

Be the thermostat.

Stop presenting if you want people to buy… we live in a new era.

Presentations hand people information and hope it lands.

Performances, on the other hand, make people feel something so they're receptive to the information.

Your audience already has Google, AI, and YouTube. What they can't get anywhere else is the experience of being moved by you.

A cluttered room suggests a cluttered business…

Bad lighting suggests you didn't think this was worth preparing for.

None of that is what you actually believe about your work, but your audience can't read your intentions, only your setup.

Every masterclass answers one question: Are you worthy of attention?

Every choice you make on screen answers it before you say a word. Ask yourself, do you want to be the headliner at Madison Square Garden, or the house band at Bob's Bar and Grill?

Nobody pays attention to background music. They tune it out and keep scrolling.

Here's one simple way to never lose your audience's attention again…

Create some form of state change every 3 to 5 minutes, no exceptions.
It can be as simple as "Drop a 1 in the chat if…"

Set a timer the first few times until it becomes instinct.

Everything suggests something, whether you mean it to or not.

Your background, your lighting, your posture… it's all being read in seconds, before your first sentence lands.

Your audience decides if you're an amateur before you say a word.

You don't get a second first impression.

A pitch is something that happens TO an audience.
An invitation is something an audience opts INTO.

The difference is a single question: "Is it okay if I share this with you?"

Going more than 3 minutes without a state change...
Only ever engaging the room one way…
No emotional shift from start to finish...
None of these feel like mistakes in the moment, they just feel like "teaching."

Presentations Get You in the Room. Performances Make You Unforgettable.

Masterclasses that convert don’t feel like lectures. They feel like experiences built through story, pacing, energy, and interaction.

The best hosts read the room, even through a screen — because people forget slides, but they remember how you made them feel.

I’m a little nervous about Thursday... The excited kind of nervous.

This is the first time I’m building this entire system live, in front of anyone who wants to watch.

Years ago a mentor did this for me behind closed doors, and it changed my life. Now I want to do the same for you, out in the open, so you can copy every piece of it and apply it yourself.
