I am very proud of these two who competed in The Central Valley Strongest today. Both killed all events along with setting PR's. This is Tim's 3rd comp with only a year of training under his belt. This is Audrey's first comp with about 3 months of training and talking her into going as an open MW 2 months out. Cant wait to whats next for these two. Coach Mike is very proud. by @mikeg1126

Ok, since I'm in a show and tell mood. Heres a little piece of evidence into my past. 18 years old, and the idea of lifting heavy things is just a pipe dream. Over 20 years in the sport of strongman and almost 10 years coaching some of the best athletes, I have had the honor to help. Wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. by @mikeg1126
