TEACHING - RIP INTO TWO FOOT FLOATER Trying to put emphasis on how our eyes can mislead or fool our defender, ball placement, split stance for control, balance, power, & separation into the floater. Lastly, it’s crucial to recognize the gaps in space when landing in order to avoid the secondary help before we take off into our floater. taken in El Segundo Lakers Practice Facility by @mikehayon

Mastering some Kobe footwork on this wonderful Sunday. - Getting back to a low balanced base out of the punch, being deceptive with our hips/shoulders, and turning over the shoulder with proper ball placement to elevate over the top of the defense. #Kobe by @mikehayon
