When your daughter is a competitive dancer and the studio Director gives you a task, YOU DO IT! 💃👊

Back in October, a group from @chromedancecentre were set to participate in @hamiltontigercats Cheer Extravaganza, an annual halftime show performance that features dance studios from Hamilton and the surrounding area.

It's well known the pom poms our girls use have a tendency to fall apart. Normally, a cleanup crew unceremoniously comes on stage after a routine and spends a few minutes picking up the mess left behind. Not this time. The Ticats would be hitting the field immediately after the performance — no time to clean up. ⏱️🏈 These pom poms had to hold! There are no small roles and I take my role as a Dance Dad very seriously 😎. With my @greenworkstoolscanada 24V Glue Gun in hand, I went to work.

The girls crushed it (despite the weather) and the Ticats went on to beat Ottawa 35-15! A big shout out to @amybkee for organizing everything and a huge thanks to all the dance familys that went the distance and braved the cold to be apart of this exciting event.

Emma's long awaited Christmas present from Grandma and Papa. She loved it!! Amy and I saw it in New York 15 years ago!! So cool to be able to revisit and experience it again as parents. GO train rides, AYCE brunch at Hot House and subs at Jersey Mike's after the show 🤣 Not a bad day! taken in Princess of Wales Theatre by @mikejhkee
