I have not been feeling myself lately and I needed to get something done that felt positive.

I've been stopping at this beach for years on the way to and from the coast to let Levi stretch his legs and swim. For as long as I've been stopping here, this huge pile of trash has sat on the sand ten feet from the river.

Today was the day I finally got to do something about it, and it felt good to get it done. Thank you Desmond and @cleanupthelake for the assist, would not have been able to move some of these bigger items on my own.

For a rough estimate, my total weight at the scale for truck, trailer and trash was 7,140 pounds. Subtracting the curb weight of my truck and trailer (5586 lbs), myself and Levi (225 lbs), and an extra 300 lbs buffer for other gear in my truck, that puts us at just over 1200 lbs removed off the shore on this stretch of the river before lunch. Proud we were able to follow through on this.

Couple clips on the @icelantic_skis new Torrent line dropping this fall. These skis eat in variable snow and hard pack and are quick edge to edge, but they're still super playful. Cannot wait to get back on snow 👊🏼

happy 4th birthday king 👑

according to @humanesocietytt your birthday was a few days ago, but I decided to change it to the solstice so you will always have the longest day of the year to run wild at the beach with all your buddies.

I was thinking about how nervous you were to hop in the backseat of my truck the day I brought you home from the shelter. it makes me laugh seeing how confident, curious, and rambunctious you are now. you are so cool, thanks for being 95% of my personality.

Instagram ≠ reality, this line took me about 4.5 minutes to negotiate, condensed down to a minute 🤷‍♂️

thought it wouldn't go and i'd have to bail and boot pack out... pleasantly surprised to get it in good snow because i was prepared for crazy firm wind board after the east winds cranked overnight

used all the tools in the toolkit to survive the crux and might have developed some new techniques along the way 😂
