📢 Hey friends! Today is an extra special day because it's my birthday! 🎉🥳 But that's not all I have to celebrate...

Three months ago I underwent open heart surgery to address a genetic defect that has been a part of my life. It was a challenging journey, but I am overjoyed to share that I have successfully come through the other side, feeling stronger and healthier than ever before! 💪🏼💙

The road to recovery wasn't easy, but with the unwavering support of my amazing medical team, the love and encouragement from my partner Quinton and his family, my family and friends, and my own determination, I managed to overcome every obstacle that stood in my way. 🙌🏼

I couldn't have asked for a better birthday gift than the gift of renewed health and vitality. Today, I stand here, fully recovered and embracing life with a renewed sense of gratitude and purpose. This experience has taught me to cherish every moment, to prioritize my health and well-being, and to never take anything for granted. ❤️

I'm incredibly grateful for the advancements in medical science that made this life-changing surgery possible. It's a testament to the power of human resilience and the miracles that can happen when technology and expertise come together. 🙏🏼

I want to express my deepest appreciation to all of you who sent your thoughts and well wishes during this time. Your love and support uplifted my spirits and kept me going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💖

As I celebrate another year of life, I'm reminded of the preciousness of each passing day. I'm committed to spreading awareness about heart health and the importance of early detection. If my journey can inspire even one person to seek medical advice, then it's all worth it.

So let's blow out those candles, raise a glass, and toast to life, love, and the pursuit of happiness! 🥂🎂✨

Thank you for all the birthday wishes, you have filled me with immense gratitude and birthday joy xx by @mikeoftheo
