Тут был Миша или Сантуш в картинках.

Не живу тут уже два года, но это был очень важный этап моей жизни, и этот пост должен был появиться рано или поздно, исчезнув отметкой из моего ежедневника.
Это был этап, в котором я становлюсь совсем взрослым.

Если закрыть глаза, до сих пор слышу голос Франсишку: Hey! Big Mike!
Это точно можно записать как мои первые настоящие знакомства и первые попытки жить полной жизнью в эмиграции.
Впервые я почувствовал, как строю по кирпичикам новую жизнь, отпуская то, что было раньше. Легко писать об этом, не легко проживать, но это место всегда было готово меня поддержать.

Доброжелательное, тёплое дыхание свободы моего района, где все здороваются и знают друг друга.
Собираются по вечерам в ресторане @bedoisbedois . Французский салон @labolisboa с пожизненным депозитом на стрижки за фотографии и видео для ребят. Мой первый португальский друг Тьяго @trial_tiagojoao , который пришёл на помощь с подписью для местной жунты. Все с кем я общался в этом месте были людьми с большим и добрым сердцем и этот пост как моя благодарность за их присутствие.
История за историей, день за днём, и всё это становится просто главой из книги, в которой можно долго собирать смыслы.

В этом месте, где когда-то жили моряки и всё было про дорогу и возвращение домой.
Сегодня этот район стал домом для большого количества диджитал-кочевников, архитекторов и креативных людей, и здесь как будто сама среда подталкивает создавать.

И где-то между всеми этими историями понимаешь, что это место пережило землетрясение 1755 года и всё равно осталось живым.

Район почти сразу принял меня в свои объятия, и эта взаимная любовь с этим местом дала мне понимание, что не язык главное, а энергия, с которой ты приходишь в этот мир.

Очень люблю туда возвращаться и оставлю этот пост как открытку на память об этой жизни, похожей на добрый португальский сон. taken in Santos, Lisboa by @mikepawn

“Do smiles have a frequency?”

This summer we traveled across Portugal to capture a quiet, glowing moment with the one-and-only Laraaji. We drove from Lisbon up to @wakinglife.pt, the beautiful festival where he was performing, then continued the journey together toward Miradouro de Zebro - a place that feels suspended between earth and sky.

What unfolded there was more than a shoot. It was a slow, luminous moment - a shared breath, a reminder of how simple and expansive a moment can be when you’re in the presence of someone who moves through the world with so much light.

And of course… what else would we talk about if not smiles and frequencies? The theme has followed us for years, and having Laraaji return to it with us - with his warmth, his laughter, his gentle philosophy - felt like another gift to tuck away in our hearts.

A few words from Laraaji himself:
“The video is visually nourishing, the sound clear, and the gentle subject matter of smiles is peaceful and affirmative… So grateful am I for our continued warm and beautiful connection.”

Madeira Part I

Fanal Forest in Madeira is part of an ancient laurel forest that began growing after the dinosaurs disappeared, around 66 million years ago. It’s one of the few places on Earth where this ecosystem still survives, unchanged for millions of years, long before humans ever set foot here🦕

Probably the wildest thing I’ve done was getting on a motorcycle.
@moto_barn gave me the feeling of freedom and the chance to reach any viewpoint around. Since I love exploring and truly enjoy the road, August was filled with emotions and sensations. It was unforgettable!
I’ll miss this fleeting spontaneity, freshness, beauty! And the photos to remember it by!

Наверное, самая дикая моя выходка - это сесть за мотоцикл.
@moto_barn дал мне возможность почувствовать вседозволенность и доступность любой точки обзора окрестностей. А так как я люблю исследовать и в целом кайфую от дороги, август оказался очень насыщенным на эмоции и ощущения. Это было незабываемо!
Буду скучать по этой мимолётности, спонтанности, свежести и красоте и конечно, оставлю карточки на память!

You probably can’t even imagine the journey it took to get to this picture. It’s really a story worth telling on its own. Everything you see or can feel, like a puzzle being meticulously put together for a long time. Even had to gather up all my emotions and strength for this video, and of course, all the hardcore stuff continues and will forever stay off-camera. How I slept on the floor in a warehouse, fought for my creative projects, for the right to choose my own path, for my dreams, for the place I live now, and the future I’m building for myself, and how I got smacked with a “No” — all these are super important lessons.

I made this video about myself. My buddy @stasdes161 wrote the music; the video came about because my new life really inspires me.

I wanted to combine everything I’ve learned recently and leave it like a postcard memory, marked with a year in another country and culture.

I’ll never forget how I arrived here with a camera, laptop, phone, and a couple of pants. I’m so proud of myself for the bravery and generally getting by, feeling like the universe has a soft spot for Mike. I wish to keep not giving up. It feels like it’s all just beginning, and the biggest test of independence and adulthood is definitely still ahead. ✨🌈✨

Thanks to everyone who supported me, nudged me towards this risk! I’d regret it for life if I hadn’t tried, and even if everything falls apart, I’ll be happy because I was brave and went for it. And a huge thanks to everyone who was against it, provoking resistance in me; you all will have to eat your words!!! Grrrr🦥

Зацените новый сетап! Интегрирован и используется.
Сейчас изучаю под микроскопом все возможности, уже играл один раз с бэндом.
Улееееетная вещь✨ Почему? Теперь я могу точно сказать!
Перфоманс часть стала безграничным потоком и сводить треки на такой штуке кажется даже скучным. Хочется просто выжимать вас спецэффектами!
Еще немного времени пройдет и буду одним целым с этой железкой!
