1st pic was from earlier today. Went down in weight about 5lbs but its water weight. 2nd pic was me when I was 21 and just got into bodybuilding. 3rd pic was about 3 months after the 2nd pic. Still 21. Size and strength came on crazy fast but I was burning through calories so fast due to my fast metabolism. 4th pic is of me and my brother @jon_decuir in 2013 goofing around. Sadly he passed away a couple of years back. I always look at this pic to remind me that everyday is blessing. At anytime we can go or someone close to you can leave. I do my best to always love and never hold grudges against anyone. Live everyday of your lifeto the fullest. #Weekend #Work #Flashback #fbf #gym #workout taken in United States by @mikesadala

Wow, can you believe this is almost 12 years ago. Geez I were small. That 315 bench was before I started putting on size. I was about 185lbs there. Rest of pics were at 210+. Time sure does fly by. Can't wait to see what I can do in 2024. #TB #npc #texasmuscle #Fitness #bodybuilding #gymlife #ifbb #classicphysique #gains #shredz #aesthetic #enhancedathlete #letsgo #savage #dallastx #fitnessconnection #destinationdallas #rawgear #calimuscle taken in Dallas, Texas by @mikesadala
