Impulsive first-year golfer chasing the best courses on Earth.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Legend has it the developer, Ernie Vossler, was so alarmed by the depth that he challenged Dye to get out of it himself. Dye casually flipped a sand wedge shot up near the pin on his first try. Vossler walked away without a word. Years later, during the Bob Hope Classic, Speaker of the House Tip O’Neill spent several frustrating attempts trying to escape before finally throwing his ball out — a moment that became part of the course’s lore.

Once a WWII-era industrial site that supplied 88 minerals to build LA… now one of Southern California’s most dramatic and awarded public courses.
Opened 2000. Still stunning.

This was preseason. The 3-0 is not. Ain’t shit sweet. ⚫️🏴‍☠️

Most rings: Patriots and Steelers, 6.

Raiders sit tied for 8th with 3. Five trips, three wins, last one in ’84. Still ahead of half the league.

The three-tier green on Hole 18 at Tustin Ranch is the course’s most notorious putting surface and the only true three-level green on the entire layout.

Washing a paper plate, power-washing the irons, scrubbing the dog like a stubborn lie in the rough, disinfecting the clubs because the dopamine shifted, and marching outside to pipe an iron into the yard. Prefrontal cortex is entirely offline.
