“If there’s one thing to hear today, let it be this…🙏🏿”

“Break generational curses, quit yelling at your kids before they go to bed and expect them to sleep well. Quit yelling at your kids in the morning right after they wake up for school and expect them to have a good day. You set the tone for your children, you set the tone for your voice they will always remember in their heads, you become their inner voice, don’t be their inner critic. Speak life, speak love, speak bravery, kindness and hope. Speak wisdom, truth, and most of all listen to your children.” @dezbryant

In a light we’ve never seen before, the former star WR puts football and his cowboys troubles aside, opening up on what truly is important in life leaving the past for later and focusing on the now, on what’s important in life.

HUGGEEEEE birthday shoutout to my first born. He officially turns 12 today—12 YEARS OLD! I love him and he’s awesome. However, I wanna karate chop him sometimes —but— I get it— he comes from me—and I too…can be a pain. 😂 Happy Birthday M! Hope your weekend is cool. ♥️ - Dad taken in Texas by @mikethemovieguy
