7-11 run went a little long. Solid training week. 22 miles between Monday and Wednesday then topped off with 12 more miles tonight. Keep on building. #running #7elevenrun by @mikey.bmoves

40 years old. Full-time job. Husband. Dad. Still chasing faster times and longer distances. Most weeks aren’t perfect. Runs get moved, life happens, and sometimes the only available window is way later than I planned. But the formula stays pretty simple: stack the easy miles, recover when I need it, touch some speed, and go long. Consistency over perfection. #runningat40 #runningdad #longrun #runflorida by @mikey.bmoves
Full weekend with the family, plenty of miles chasing a 3-year-old, and every excuse to call it a night. Still showed up. 13 miles through Orlando on a Sunday night. Pace held strong, legs stayed honest, and the only real stop was a mile-10 7-Eleven run for Gatorade and a water refill. Sometimes the win is just keeping the promise you made to yourself. 🤙🏃‍♂️ by @mikey.bmoves

What’s your goal here? Last year (2025), my goal was to finally run a marathon. My first mention of it was 2009 and in October, after training for nearly a year - I did it. This year, one of my goals is to run 2,500 miles in the calendar year. I’m only 500+ miles behind. I think I’m gonna pull it off! #keepgoing #run #goals #youcandoanything by @mikey.bmoves
