IT’S OFFICIAL 🚨
I just launched my website for Chef Mikey’s Catering Company
This has been a long time coming… and now everything is in one place.
You can officially:
• Book me for private chef dinners
• Request custom catering quotes
• Plan weddings, parties, and events
• View past events and dishes I’ve created
• Get inspired for your own event
And the best part…
There are NO preset menus.
Everything I do is completely customized to YOU — your event, your budget, your vision, and the season.
From intimate 10-person dinners to 100+ guest events… I build every experience from scratch.
Rooted in Italian cooking
Built with high-level technique
Capable of any cuisine or concept
If you’ve got:
• A graduation party
• A wedding
• A birthday
• A corporate event
• Or just want a crazy private dinner…
I got you.
Go check out the website — LINK IN BIO
Fill out a quick quote form and I’ll reach out directly.
Also make sure to follow @ChefMikeyDito
This is where I’ll be posting:
• Event content
• Behind the scenes
• New dishes
• Everything I’m working on
This is just the start. From Chicago to Auburn.
Let’s build something unreal. #privatechef #chicagofoodscene #dinnerparties #wedding #cheflife taken in Chicago, Illinois by @mikey_dito

Wow, just like that school is over. It’s been an amazing 4 years. Growing, creating, and inspiring others were my goals and I’m proud to say I am confident that I made a difference in my life and all my classmates. Little freshman me would never believe the ride it’s been. Cheers 🥂 It’s a great day to be a Red Devil. Stool guy out ✌️
