130’s x8

Finally hit the top end of the rep range. On to the 140’s next week.

💪🏽

Higher reps on these today. Collar bone been bugging just a bit. Playing it safe.

Better

How do yall full stack this lol

Gonna sub this in for one of the cable days going forward. Feels good

6k cals on Halloween. Feeling full by @mikeydeee_

Optimal might not be optimal for you by @mikeydeee_

LEG DAY BREAKDOWN🦵🏾 by @mikeydeee_

Another good day at Joe’s

Full session on the last slide

Took a crack at the 65’s. A bit sloppy. Gonna give it a couple weeks and come back to em

Good machine 👍🏽

Keeping the upper back more neutral and just letting the scaps move has been a game changer on these. Traps getting work

Too light

Refuse to be a pencil neck

Subbed the overhead cable extensions for the machine by @mikeydeee_

Working

130’s x7

Small PR here.

Staple bicep movement. This one won’t be going anywhere for a while

Shoulder feeling 100 on these.

Vitamin D

Not as impressive w/o the downlighting lmao by @mikeydeee_

All my weekly leg work. A couple slight movement changes w the change in gym and the low back discomfort I’ve been having. by @mikeydeee_

A little over 13 years and 20 lbs between these two

31 y/o 200 lbs vs 17 y/o ~180 lbs

I did some wild shit back then. I started my pull days with 100 pull ups, trained arms every time I stepped in the gym and I wouldn’t take a rest day for 2 weeks minimum.

Good times.

Still doing the same things just a bit smarter.

This is a long game by @mikeydeee_

Quality upper session. #3 for the week. Couple new machines and movements added to the plan.

Full session on the last slide.

Still getting comfortable here. Small progression from last week but trying to pace myself.

Same here. Trying to get a feel for the machine. Positioning feels just a bit off.

Sub optimal bicep work

Just for fun

New movement. Liking it a lot more than the regular seated cable row

Standard

Half natty lighting

Need more lats

Simple 👍🏽 (reminder for my lifters) by @mikeydeee_

Legs actually look worse w a pump lol. Good day tho. Final macros on the last slide

3 hours before the first meal

Standard breakfast just doubled up the oats

Made these for the wifey. Had to snag a couple

@dxklan method w the blueberries and honey

supposed to be 1 RIR smh

Standard post workout + the bananas

Murphy

Jasmine rice to end the night. Fiber was high enough already

Fats usually a bit higher the rest of the week by @mikeydeee_

Trying to be a bit more disciplined w leaving a rep in the tank on at least some of the sets. Did a decent job today.

45 lbs down since the beginning of the cut. Physique update in the last few slides 🫡

130’s x6. First week these didn’t go up since added them in.

Still adjusting to the LPD. It’s been a minute since I’ve trained them w/ this grip consistently. Not bad just a bit uncomfortable still

Staple

Performance dipping a bit w movements later in the session. Cut is taking a toll on the energy levels

Shoulder can tolerate these again. Happy to have em back in the program

45 lbs down.

199 lbs average over the past week by @mikeydeee_
