I’ve hit so many personal goals 🥅 and targets 🎯 this year it feels surreal because I’ve not had time to process it all. The mix of major highs and major lows already this year has forced me to just write ✍️ it all down. I promised myself that when the year drew to a close and God willing if I made it that far I’d sit down 🪑 and process it all one note 📝 at a time. I understand it may not be normal but my vision is a tunnel and my thoughts are a train 🚆. Who knows I may change my mind between now and then. My younger brother said to me the other day… “Find some space for some some smiles” by @mikeysmithftlom

If you knew today was your last day would you spend it arguing, stressing, doubting, complaining or would you fight for every single millisecond you had left. As finite as people claim that time is you hardly ever see them living their true self unapologetically but what do I know I’m not the monitor life police. I type this but I could really careless. Whatever race you choose to run make sure it’s one that leaves a legacy that others can adopt for their own. I don’t know how I’ll be remembered when this story comes to an end but I hope more people can look outwardly as opposed to inwardly. Self reflection is my superpower. Tbh I can’t believe you read all this and I can’t believe I put you through reading all of this even up to this last word. by @mikeysmithftlom

Someone said to me I could be/ should be a model. I’m not personally convinced but I’d entertain a side quest like that if i wasn’t so lazy. Anyone got any model agency recommendations or plugs 🔌 @ them or DM ME I’ll be your next top model 🥴 Photographers out there too shout me 😂 Or if this somehow reaches someone who needs my look 👀 I’ll happily shoot for your clothing collection just no Plastic and polyester clothes. Self reflecting before wash day. My hairs about to shrink 5x due to high porosity. Just chatting about the importance of using the bodily indicators like skin hair and nails as your baseline to noticing what might need to be adjusted in your body routines. I lost most of the body of my hair due to stress at the peak of Covid lockdowns but i didn’t notice until a few years later that something was wrong internally until the texture and consistency of my hair changed. I attributed it to just getting older but I knew deep down something else was up so I tried many things until I got my hair to the state it’s in now which at one point i thought would be impossible. Tbh it’s not about the hair it’s about taking the time to self asses and check in with you. by @mikeysmithftlom
