For Cyrus, the kid @macaronis_resort, and the staff @beastparkmalaysia who bugged me to teach them parkour. I feel like an old relic practicing some lost art 🤣

It's been years since I've done parkour. I sorely missed it. Thank you Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for helping bring back the memories.

My first time at Playa Santana: a multi-peak beach break with some fun corners and barrels, or closeouts, on tap if that's your thing. I tried to get pitted and got demolished as usual. Short paddle out, with some duck dives if you don't time your entry right. The peak closest to the rocks with all the mansions on it is for locals only, as enforced by soggy fists. The rest of us hoi polloi (about 40 or so surfers and bodyboarders) scatter down the beach.

Okay, I ate vegemite and even wore it while surfing. Now give me an Australian passport!

Taipei, Taiwan. The city that was just a layover city until I finally stepped out of the airport and explored this vibrant thang.

This dish translates to "Leg Library Fuck". It's actually a braised shank with rice bowl.

Taiwan, September 2026. The east coast of Taiwan blew away my expectations. Abundant waves, empty lineups (except during Mid-Autumn Festival), fun people, beautiful scenery, good infrastructure, and the best steamed buns.

I stayed at @jinzunsurfhouse the whole month of September. It's only a 5 minute walk to 3 different breaks. I met so many people there that I hope to see again, including an astronomer, a chef, a bartender, a student, an amis artisan, a dancer, and my future co-captain. Love you all!

Taiwan wins Sexiest Board Wax, lol. Now that I have your attention: I no longer have a phone. It drowned in the rain. If you want to contact me, DM me on instagram. I currently don't have access to WhatsApp, text messages, calls, etc.

The desktop version of Instagram sucks, but this is all I have to communicate (other than LinkedIn and postcards). by @mikkadamia

So many adorable bunnies looking for a home!

Volunteering at the bunny house of @bestfriendsanimalsociety in Kanab, Utah taught me a lot:

- Bunnies usually come in a bonded pair. They are social animals, so it's good to keep them with their companion unless you can really give them attention 24/7 yourself.

- They are also territorial animals. Unless you give them a space of their own, they will pee everywhere to mark their territory if there are other animals around who are not part of the bonded pair

- Don't feed them carrots all the time. What we see in the cartoons is a myth. Bunnies eat hay and snack on lettuce, occasionally flowers. Carrots have too much sugar for bunnies to eat regularly.

- They poop 200-300 times a day. That's a lot of little dry balls the size of Cocoa Puffs rolling around!

- They drink a lot of water - bowls are better than water bottles because they get more water out of a bowl

- Don't keep them in wire hutches all day. It chafes their feet.

- Bunnies need to be spayed or neutered early so they don't get aggressive or multiply like rabbits (literally). They also live longer when you spay/neuter them.

- Regular vets won't do. Bunnies are considered "exotics" so you'll need to find a special vet for them.

- "Binky" is a jump with a midair twist that bunnies do when they're happy (usually during Hoppy Hour, when we let them out into the clover field outside). It's the bunny version of jumping up and clicking your heels.

- Each bunny has its own personality. Some enjoy being petted. Others don't. Let them come to you. Do not chase them.

- Most bunnies don't like being picked up. They're ground animals.

- Bunnies are quiet. I heard one sneeze only because he had polyps in his nose.

- I'm not allergic to bunnies (though I am allergic to cats and dogs). I can't even smell them.

- I finally understand what people feel towards their animal companions. I just had to find the type of animal I was compatible with.

- My nomadic lifestyle has a shortcoming: I can never give a stable home to these bunnies because I'm homeless myself. But someday, I'll find a beachfront property with a big yard for bunnies to binky in... by @mikkadamia
