Got my hands on the iPhone 18 Pro on launch day!! 📱✨

3 days in, and today I finally took it out for play with my cat 🐈📸

Tried my best to take the same shot for better comparison but my cat had other plans 🤣 These photos are taken under the same lighting, same location, 1x zoom, with no edits (i.e straight out of camera). Also, I did not adjust any settings on the iPhone 18 PRO - if you want to achieve a difference, u gotta adjust it like camera.

So…. Can you tell the difference? Worth the upgrade? 🤔

It’s Sunday enrichment day for MikoSimba 🍓✨

I love building sensory bowls for them 🧠 Cats are natural foragers, but indoor life removes that experience. Moreover just like sensory play for babies: touching different textures, feeling cold or smooth, and exploring new shapes is how they learn and process the world (yas they are babies). 👶🏻🍼🐯

As obligate carnivores, they don’t need to eat fruits or vegetables (Simba says he love durians!). But adding a fresh blueberry lets them touch, feel, smack, smell, and maneuver around the different food items - it’s pure sensory discovery, not so much the calories.

On busy days, i like to use a quick Churu squeeze on a @furythestore small cloud lick mat. On slower weekends, I would use the bigger lickmat and layer up more contrasting textures, smells for my boys to explore:

On today’s stack, we have:
🥣 Lickmat from (@furythestore)
🫀 Chewy & Raw: Chicken hearts (@howlisticlife)
🐟 Aromatic & Crumbly: Air-dried wild salmon (@wildnesstreats_sg )
🍗 Crunchy & Porous: Freeze-dried chicken with Raspberry (@themeatbarforpets)
🥩 Flossy: Rawly Fish floss (@dppetsco)
🥄 Smooth & Creamy: CIAO puree (@inabaciaosingapore @yappy_pets )
🥣 Hydration Topper: Chicken canned topper + gravy

Just our favorite sensory routine! 🐾 by @mikoxsimba

Carnilove just got a major glow-up—inside and out! ✨🥩

The biggest recipe change? They swapped chicken fat for beef fat, which gives off a much richer, deeper flavor and aroma that even the pickiest cats will find hard to resist. 👃😼ps Carnilove is usually a hit amongst picky cats - worth a try if you have a picky cat!

For us, we’ve always loved Carnilove for their novel proteins. Feeding the exact same protein repeatedly can trigger food allergies over time, so we love adding novel meats into our cats’ rotation—it helps keep sensitivities at bay and supports long-term gut health.

Plus, finding quality novel meats like Wild Boar, Pheasant, and Reindeer isn’t easy!

Swipe through the carousel post for the full breakdown! ➡️

Get yours from Shopee - thank you @dppetsco for sending this to us to try!

A boring but beautiful life. 🥹

Lately, I’ve realized that the ordinary moments aren’t just “routines”. Eating a meal together, Miko following me to the toilet, Simba asking for his breakfast every morning - it’s moments like these that are everything there is to life🏡🥘

Here is us just enjoying our daily walkies, spending time together and chatting about life while Miko and Simba enjoy the birds and all the new sights and sounds. 🍃✨

-

🏷️
On this walkies, they’re both wearing the new Isla & Fern @islaandfern harness - Meadows and Saddlewood 2.0 in XS! If you are looking for harness that makes people stop and ask where it’s from, it’s definitely this one!

Returning to the corporate world full force really puts time into perspective. It makes slow Saturdays like today, just enjoying the breeze with Simba feel so much more precious and meaningful. 🥹

Kept it stylish for our outing: Simba tried out @Soycraft’s new Black Corduroy harness (never knew black looked this good on an orange cat!) and a cute pet pearl necklace from @awoofi.co . WHuuut, pearls for cats?!! Obsessed.

🍁Little adventures, for the days we share ✨

Idk who needs to see this, but these corporate memes work way better than my supplements at this point. 💀 Like… we have ALL been there! 😭

But here’s the best part… Pastel Mafia just dropped a new series! A literal corporate miracle. ✨📊 They have notebooks, magnets, keychains, you name it. They literally saved my sanity 🥹☁️📈

Hang in there, corporate pawrents… our babies need that food and toys ! 💼✨🐾

My cats only have one precious life, I want to make it beautiful 🙌🏻✨

When we first started, Miko and Simba were not naturals. They meowed non-stop, and honestly, there was a time I genuinely wondered if they would ever like going out.

But I had to remind myself: it’s their first time living too. 🤍
So we changed our approach. No expectations, just protecting their peace. And slowly, surely, that day came—they went from curiosity to enjoying their little walks, busy taking in the world.

Seeing them grow to love it makes me want to show them how beautiful the world is. If you’re on this journey, I hope this encourages you today ♥️♥️

Thank you @zee_cat @howlisticlife for being a significant part of Miko Simba’s journey and keeping them safe through our adventures ✈️🌎 where to next?

🏷️ they will be boothing at @asiacatexpo if you’re keen to check the harness out in person by @mikoxsimba
