30 years of A Muppet Treasure Island! 🏴‍☠️

Had a fantastic time watching the @puppetfolkexperience, one had a frog on his arm the other had one in his throat (Joke stolen) and celebrating 30 years (wow) of Muppet pirate mayhem!

Somehow, I even ended up backstage having a chat with Kermit. 🐸

Don’t worry, I told him that I thought the show was “absolutely ribbiting!”

What an absolute pleasure it was to meet the brilliant @bwhiteheadvoice (the voice of Wallace)! 🧀

We covered all the important topics in life, our shared love of The Simpsons, my truly terrible Nick Park impression “I’m more clay than man now”. We even got talking about my day trip to Bristol where I aimlessly wandered around in the frantic hope of finding the Aardman offices, like some sort of melting stop-motion detective (it was a very hot day okay).

Ben Whitehead was every bit as warm, funny and generous with his time as you’d hope. It’s always special meeting someone whose work has brought so much joy to so many people. Thanks for putting up with my stories Ben it was great to meet you!

A brilliant weekend in London. 🇬🇧

Becca loved the Bad Bunny concert and I had a great time finding the Bugs Bunny statue whilst exploring Chinatown 🐰🏮

Safe to say we both found our happy place.

Visited the Wes Anderson Archives today and, somehow, still didn’t run into Monsieur Gustave.

Fairly certain Fantastic Mr. Fox had already pinched the best souvenirs, and Team Zissou were off looking for the jaguar shark.

10/10 for symmetry. 10/10 for pastel colours. 0/10 chance of me arranging my life this neatly. 🎬🦊🏩 by @miku_coups

Accidentally took a wrong turn on the way to work and somehow ended up at Hogwarts… or as the locals call it, Gloucester Cathedral. 🧙‍♂️⚡️

To be fair, I can think of worse places to be stranded. Azkaban, the cupboard under the stairs, or a double History of Magic lesson with Professor Binns.

Still waiting for my Hogwarts acceptance letter. I’m only a few decades late… 😂

Back in Copenhagen after only a year… clearly we weren’t gone long enough! 🇩🇰

In just a few days I managed to meet The Little Mermaid, come face-to-face with the world’s heaviest man (who wasn’t bedridden), and even spotted a Transformer robot (not in disguise)... oh and most importantly, attend a wedding.
🧜‍♀️🤖💍

At this rate, if we stay another week, I’m expecting Vikings, trolls, and maybe Batman and Robin to show up too.

Copenhagen, you never disappoint. ✈️

Slick City was absolute chaos from start to finish 😂

Becca somehow managed to get stuck in the net obstacle and I practically lost the skin on my elbows trying to survive the slides.

The airglider was definitely the highlight though equal parts terrifying and brilliant 🚀

Safe to say we left with bruises, burns, jazzy nonslip socks and zero dignity… but 10/10 would do it all again 😂
