Advanced Tower work.
Deep core, strong glutes, full-body control. #pilates #pilateslovers #reformerpilates #movement #frankfurt by @mila_mmd

Sun flooded the studio this morning ☀️

Before class started, I stepped in and the whole space was glowing. Couldn’t resist soaking up a few rays… and then putting that energy straight into movement.

Playing with new chair variations, adding the Pilates ball, trying new moves.

Sunshine really said: show up for yourself today ✨#pilates #pilateslovers #movement #reformerpilates #frankfurt by @mila_mmd

Wanted to share a new variation, finish the set, and be all serious about it… then I found myself dancing instead. Some workouts are about control. Some are about joy.

See you on the mat! 🤍 #pilates #pilatesfrankfurt #frankfurtevents #frankfurt by @mila_mmd

Everyone’s on the reformer these days… straps, springs, fancy machines, full production.

Meanwhile the mat is the original. The foundation. The real deal.

No springs. No shortcuts. Just control, breath, and muscles you forgot you had.

Reformer is great. But the mat? That’s where the work actually begins.
