You don’t have to keep second-guessing yourself wondering if you’re doing it all wrong or if it’s even possible for you.

My framework is built for those who are done with the hustle, exhausted from constantly “trying,” and tired of letting the algorithm dictate their confidence.

Let’s be real.

Instagram is full of “advice” that gets you views (sometimes not even them… Instagram says sorry for that, guys) but not always clients:

🫠 “Post more Reels.”
🫠 “Be aesthetic.”
🫠 “Just stay consistent.”
🫠 “Send cold DMs.”

Stop it.

Do you get clients online in the volume that feels enough?
Or is it still random and unpredictable?

Because clients don’t come from content alone.
They come from a system.

And here’s what no one talks about:
– That sticky shame when your husband sees you on your phone 24/7… but doesn’t see real money hitting the family budget.

– The shake in your voice when you say a price that feels “too high.”

– Feeling like a free emotional support line on discovery calls while people “think about it.”

– The guilt every time you rest without your phone in your hand.

– Another professional certificate… instead of actual clients.

That’s definitely not a content problem.
That’s a positioning and lack of system problem.

My framework is based on 17 years of experience in Marketing and buyer psychology.

Want to see how it works?

Just 3 steps:

Step 1: Irresistible Positioning & Offer
This is where we find your niche and positioning and make your offer strong AF.

Step 2: Simple Method to Attract Aligned Clients
Once we’ve positioned you as the leader you already are, we install simple, repeatable systems (I recommend testing 3–4: more on that in the carousel) to bring the right clients to you.

Step 3: Clean Conversion
At this stage, you learn how to sell your services in the most ethical way: no discounts (I’m firmly against discounts for service professionals) and no cold DMs.

📌If it feels like it’s time to stop guessing and start building something that actually works

Coaches, your potential client needs to understand how you can help her. The person making fun of your post may NEVER need your work.

You can feel exposed when you explain your offer in public. Especially when people you know are watching and you’re still figuring out how to describe what makes you different.

But someone else’s reaction doesn’t tell you whether your message is useful to a potential client.

And employment isn’t something to look down on. The point I’m taking from this hook is about whose opinion gets to shape your business.

In my work, clients send me their first draft. I review the message and help refine the problem, the approach, and what makes their support different. They don’t have to get every word right alone.

Before deleting your next post, check:

1. Have I named a situation my actual audience recognizes?
2. Have I explained the specific support I can genuinely provide?
3. Have I given an interested person a clear next step?

Try this opening: “If you’re dealing with [specific situation], here’s what I’d want you to understand about [problem].” Then explain your actual approach.

You can improve a draft. You can learn from real questions. You don’t have to wait until everyone you know approves of you being visible.

My 8-minute lesson includes “Talk about who you are NOT a fit for,” so your message can speak more clearly to the people your offer suits. It also covers four other decision triggers for explaining your value.

Do these stats reflect your experience as a coach, or is your situation different? Girl to girl, let’s be real. 👀

People are tired of fast-paced videos promising quick results. They’re practically allergic to this kind of selling.

They see a Reel with a million cuts, tons of subtitles, and immediately scroll past because their eyes are tired.
They see someone crying on camera, then showing off the new car they bought, and instead of feeling inspired, they feel annoyed.

That kind of marketing is outdated.
We need to understand something: People are exhausted from constant dopamine hits and information overload.

Every attempt to push, pressure, or trigger people just makes them leave.
People want peace. They want calm.
So what do we do? How do we sell?

Stop using complicated words and dumping everything you know on people. It overwhelms them.
Explain in simple language what problems you solve, what services you offer, and why anyone should actually pay for them.

Slow down.

The people who will win now are the ones who can make their audience feel calm and at ease.

Also stop scaring people with their problems.
All that pressure, constantly poking at people’s pain points? People don’t want that anymore.
Instead, explain what they can do to make their lives easier.

They need to feel that after working with you, they’ll finally be able to sleep better, feel less stressed, and solve the problems that have been keeping them up at night.

The secret to selling today isn’t pushing harder until someone finally buys.

It’s being simple, clear, and genuinely helping people solve their problems.

And if you’re not sure how to find your positioning and make your message simple and clear so the right audience starts paying attention and wants to work with you, DM me GOLDEN.

I’ll send you an article where I explain how to find the positioning that works for YOU and helps you attract the right audience and clients. by @milamedia.strategy

Coaches are you waiting for January to scale your business or building now and claiming your market share? by @milamedia.strategy

Most coaches and online experts think their content is the problem, but it is actually just the first 3 seconds.

We are testing hooks all the time for our clients to help them generate thousands of views.

Steal these 10 to build authority and drive inbound leads.

Save them and use them before they are everywhere. Which one are you trying first? by @milamedia.strategy

Recently, I had a call with one of aspiring coaches who works with women’s health. She had tons of offline experience and wants to grow online.

She looked completely exhausted.

She had done 20 free discovery calls in one month. Each lasted 90 minutes.

People had huge breakthroughs during those calls. They thanked her, told her how much she had helped them, and said things like, “Wow, you’ve completely changed how I see things!”

And then?

“I need some time to think about it.”

20 calls. Zero sales. Total burnout.

So what went wrong?

She was booking calls with EVERYONE. No questions asked.

If you’re selling high-ticket coaching, your time is valuable. And not everyone who wants your advice is ready to become a paying client.

Before sending your booking link, ask these 3 questions in DMs:

1. “What’s your biggest goal for the next 2 months?”

This helps you understand whether they have a specific problem they want to solve or are just looking for general advice.

2. “What have you already tried, and why do you think it hasn’t worked?”

You’ll learn what they’ve done so far, what’s holding them back, and how serious they are about finding a solution.

3. “If we find that we’re a good fit, are you ready to invest in getting help?”

This is the question many coaches are afraid to ask.

But here’s the thing: Someone can genuinely need your help and still not be ready to pay for it.

And that’s okay. It just means they might not be the right person for a sales call right now.

Your job isn’t to convince everyone to buy. It’s to find the people who are ready to take action.

With a simple DM qualification process, you can spend less time on free calls and more time talking to potential clients who are a good fit.

Want to know how to build a complete client acquisition system, from the first DM to a paying client, even with a small audience?

I’ve broken it down step by step in my free guide.

Then grab my free step-by-step roadmap.

I’ll show you how to build a simple system to attract qualified leads, start conversations with potential clients, and turn those conversations into paying clients.

✅ Without needing thousands of followers.

✅ Without posting Reels every day or constantly chasing views.

✅ Without relying on the Instagram algorithm to bring you clients.

Even if you have a small audience of 300–500 followers.

If you’re building a coaching business, knowing you can help people and knowing how to find clients can feel miles apart.

You can believe in your work and still feel stuck explaining why someone should choose you.

Another course. Another saved post. Another version of your bio. And still: “What am I actually supposed to focus on?”

When my clients send me their first draft, I review it with them. We refine what sounds generic, how they describe the client’s problem, and what makes their approach different. They don’t have to figure out every word alone.

For your next draft, answer these three questions:

1. Who am I helping in a situation I genuinely understand? “Women who want to feel better” leaves a lot unanswered. Name the situation in words your audience actually uses.

2. What specific change does my support help them work toward? Describe something they want to do differently in everyday life.

3. What do we actually work on together? Explain your process and support instead of listing broad promises.

Then write:

“I help [person in a specific situation] work toward [meaningful change] through [your actual approach].”

Read it back. Could another coach copy it without changing a word? If so, get more specific about your work.

You don’t need to decide the rest of your life in this paragraph. Start with a message you can test in real conversations and refine.

My 8-minute lesson includes “Show them Point C”: explaining the meaningful change beyond the immediate task. It’s one of five decision triggers to help the right potential client understand your offer.

DM TRIGGER, and I’ll send you the lesson. by @milamedia.strategy

Most coaches and experts think they have to post every single day to get noticed, but that’s a lie.

You don’t need to be a content machine to get fully booked. Just 3 smart, deep posts a week can do the heavy lifting if your DM funnel is sharp.

Quality beats quantity every time. Focus on authority and use burr psychology (without it. Your content will look like like generic AI 💩).
